Kata Kunci Studi Sikap Berwirausaha Siswa Tata Busana SMK 1 Turen SMK Negeri 1 Turen sebagai sekolah pelopor di Kabupaten Malang terus mengembangkan kualitas lulusannya salah satu hal yang dilakukan oleh sekolah yaitu memfasilitasi unit usaha untuk melatih jiwa wirausaha siswa. Unit usaha tersebut dimiliki oleh setiap jurusan yang ada di SMK N 1Turen dengan dikelola oleh siswa serta guru sebagai pendamping. Dalam perjalanannya terdapat beberapa hambatan yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan usaha. Salah satunya yaitu kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam menjalankan kewajiban sehingga berpengaruh terhadap proses wirausaha dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini diadakan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan sikap berwirausaha siswa kelas XI pada Unit Usaha Jurusan Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Turen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup dengan jumlah responden 12 siswa yang terdiri dari lima siswa kelas Tata Busana 1 dan tujuh siswa dari kelas Tata Busana 2 mereka adalah siswa yang ikut serta dalam unit usaha Jurusan Tata Busana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) sikap berwirausaha siswa ditinjau dari aspek percaya diri mendapatkan hasil 83% dan interpretasi persentase tersebut diklasifikasikan sangat baik (2) sikap berwirausaha siswa ditinjau dari aspek berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil mendapatkan hasil 67% interpretasi dari persentase tersebut diklasifikasikan baik (3) sikap berwirausaha siswa ditinjau dari aspek kepemimpinan mendapatkan hasil 67% dan interpretasi persentase tersebut diklasifikasikan baik (4) sikap berwirausaha siswa ditinjau dari aspek keorsinilan mendapatkan persentase 83% dan interpretasi persentase tersebut diklasifikasikan sangat baik (5) sikap berwirausaha siswa ditinjau dari aspek berorientasi ke masa depan mendapatkan persentase 100% dengan klasifikasi sangat baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar siswa memiliki sikap berwirausaha yang baik ditinjau dari lima aspek sikap berwirausaha. Saran untuk Jurusan Tata Busana SMK N 1 Turen yaitu diharapkan sikap berwirausaha yang telah dimiliki oleh siswa dapat dipadukan dengan sumber daya lain yang nantinya berdaya guna dalam mengidentifikasi peluang sehingga tujuan usaha dapat terealisasikan. Diharapkan juga sikap yang telah dimiliki oleh siswa dapat dipertahankan seperti keorsinilan dan berorientasi ke masa depan. Serta meningkatkan dan juga melatih sikap yang masih belum maksimal dalam diri siswa seperti pada aspek berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil. Penelitian ini dapat disempurnakan lagi dengan mengembangkan variabel-variabel yang ada atau mengaitkan dengan variabel lain yang berhubungan dan mencari faktor lain yang mempengaruhi adanya permasalahan dalam unit usaha. Key Words Study Entrepreneurship Attitude Student Fashion Designer SMK N 1 Turen SMK Negeri 1 Turen as a pioner school in Malang continue to develop the quality of their graduates one of the things that done by the school is facilitate business units to explore students entrepreneurship. The business unit that owned by every department on SMKN 1 Turen managed by students and teachers as supervisor. In its journey there are several trouble that affect to business continuity. One of them is the lack of activeness of students in carrying out obligations that affect the entrepreneurship process and income. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the entrepreneurship attitude of students XI Grade Fashion Design Department SMK Negeri 1 Turen. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The instrument that used is a closed questionnaire with 12 respondents consisting of five students from Clothing Major class1 and seven students from the Clothing Major class 2 they are students who participated in the fashion design department s business unit. The results of this study indicate (1) student entrepreneurship attitude reviewed from the aspect of confidence obtained 83% and interpretation of these percentages are classified very well (2) student entrepreneurship attitude reviewed from task-oriented aspect and result get 67% interpretation of the percentage are classified good (3) student entrepreneurship attitude reviewed from the leadership aspect get 67% and interpretation of the percentage are classified good (4) student entrepreneurship attitude revied from aspect of originality obtained 83% and interpretation of the percentage are classified very well (5) student entrepreneurship attitude from the future oriented aspect get 100% with very good classification. The conclusion of this study is the most students have a good entrepreneurship attitude reviewed from five aspects of entrepreneurship attitudes. The suggestions for the Fashion Design Department of SMK N 1 Turen is combine the entrepreneurshipattitude that has been owned by students with other resources that will be efficient in identifying opportunities so that the business objectives can be realized. And then the student s attitudes can be maintained include originality and future oriented. And also improve and explore the student s attitude that isn t maximal as in task and result oriented. This research can be refined by developing the variables that exist or relating with other related variables and looking for other factors that affect the existence of problems in the business unit.
