Abstract

Keywords Management standard international school. Management standard international school (RSBI) in Public Vocational High School 3 Malang is one factor that determines the realization of the international school level due to various management systems improvements implemented at the level of this RSBI. The formulation of this research is how the management pioneering international school in Public Vocational High School 3 Malang. The purpose of this study to determine 1) management of Public Vocational High School 3 Malang curriculum to support RSBI 2) management educators Public Vocational High School 3 Malang to support RSBI and 3) sets of management students of Public Vocational High School 3 Malang to support RSBI. This research was descriptive the analysis used descriptive data analysis. The variable in this study is the management RSBI in Public Vocational High School 3 Malang. This study used two research subjects that educators and learners each of which consists of 20 samples RSBI classroom educators learners and 61 samples RSBI class in which these two components is a major component of school management program. Data was collected by using observation technique technique of questionnaire interview and documentation. Results showed that 79% of respondents assess the management of Public Vocational High School 3 Malang curriculum to support RSBI RSBI meets guidelines of the Education Department being assessed from the aspects of the application of SBC in accordance with the guidelines RSBI but not in accordance with the guidelines of SBI because of the absence of adoption of the curriculum of the Partner Country OECD the fulfillment of teaching administration and fulfillment of learning standards in accordance with the guidelines RSBI but if studied to the international school is still not suitable for moving class learning is still performed only on productive programs. 63% of respondents rating dominate management educators RSBI Public Vocational High School 3 Malang evaluated by educators compliance RSBI by educators and learners are in accordance with the guidelines but if evaluated to be SBI still need repairs in the field of English language competence of teachers and normative adaptive program. 64% of respondents assess learner management RSBI in Public Vocational High School 3 Malang evaluated by learner RSBI compliance in accordance with the development of vocational-SBI guidelines issued by the education office but for graduation standards in the field of study can not be seen because when conducting research Public Vocational High School 3 Malang still not graduating class RSBI learners. Based on the final conclusion RSBI management in Public Vocational High School 3 Malang if judged from the aspect of curriculum management management educators students and management in accordance with the development of vocational-RSBI guidelines issued by the Department of Education but has not been appropriate and there should be improvements if made SMK-SBI. Advice can be given in this study were 1) for the School is expected to keep the school continues to develop towards the achievement of management RSBI SBI standard. By way of improving working network of OECD member countries in the form of adoption of the curriculum as an additional performance indicator implementation of the international school curriculum 2) For Educators Workers are advised to improve their English competence in the learning process in class everyday from the use of bilingual (Indonesian-UK) which was 25% English and 75% to 75% Indonesia 25% United Kingdom and Indonesia or even a 100% English or other foreign language 3) For Students advised to be held is also required to develop programs of foreign language skills for the learners to Bilingual learning support in class.
