Kata Kunci ICT Media Pembelajaran ITHHINA02AIS Information and Communication Technology (ICT) digunakan untuk pembelajaran tutorial apabila digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi atau bahan ajar. Penggunaan ICT untuk pembelajaran berlaku apabila ICT digunakan sebagai media untuk mencari dan mengakses informasi dari internet. Interconnecting Network (Internet) merupakan sumber informasi untuk mencari menyebarkan segala ilmu pengetahuan keseluruh penjuru dunia dengan mudah. Dengan demikian segala informasi yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran di internet itu dapat dijadikan sumber belajar dan sumber informasi. Proses Pembelajaran adalah kegiatan dari pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar untuk memperoleh suatu perubahan tingkah laku yang secara keseluruhan yang salah satunya ditunjang dengan adanya media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran adalah alat peraga atau alat bantu untuk membantu menyampaikan pesan belajar kepada siswa. ICT berperan sebagai media penunjang dalam pembelajaran pada kompetensi Menyiapkan Membuat Bumbu dan Mengolah Masakan Prepare and Produce Curry Paste dengan kode (ITHHINA02AIS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tentang (1) Peran ICT sebagai media pembelajaran pada kompetensi keahlian Restoran (2) Pemanfaatan ICT sebagai media pembelajaran pada kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (3) Faktor pendukung dalam ICT sebagai media pembelajaran pada kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (4) Faktor penghambat dalam ICT sebagai media pembelajaran pada kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (5) Cara mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam penggunaan ICT sebagai media pembelajaran pada kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Batu pada tanggal 16 -26 Desember 2008. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas X Keahlian Restoran yang berjumlah 44 siswa dan 6 orang guru produktif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut (1) Peran ICT sebagai media pembelajaran berperan pada kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (ITHHINA02AIS) bagi guru dan siswa sebagai alat mengakses informasi dan sumber belajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. (2) Pemanfaatan ICT sebagai Media Pembelajaran pada Kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (ITHHINA02AIS) di SMK Negeri 1 Batu sangat berrmanfaat bagi guru untuk mengakses informasi sehingga informasi dapat memperkaya pengetahuan tentang klasifikasi bumbu macam-macam bumbu teknik pengolahan dan teknik penyimpanan makanan Indonesia. Bagi siswa ICT sebagai sumber informasi dan sumber belajar karena sebagian besar (65 91%) siswa menyatakan pemanfaatan ICT dalam mengakses informasi khususnya tentang klasifikasi bumbu sebagian besar (70 45%) tentang macam-macam bumbu sebagian besar (61 36%) tentang teknik pembuatan makanan Indonesia sebagian besar (65 91%) tentang cara penyajian masakan Indonesia. Sebagian besar (68 81%) siswa menyatakan pemanfaatan ICT dalam mengakses informasi tentang teknik penyimpanan bumbu dan rempah sedangkan sebagian lainnya (59 09%) tentang menggarnish hidangan pada kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste di SMK Negeri 1 Batu kelas X Keahlian Restoran. (3) Faktor pendukung pemanfaatan ICT sebagai Media Pembelajaran pada Kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (ITHHINA02AIS) di SMK Negeri 1 Batu adalah sumber informasi dan sumber belajar bagi guru dan siswa. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa pada proses pembelajaran yang aktif kreatif efektif dan menyenangkan. (4) Faktor penghambat pemanfaatan ICT sebagai Media Pembelajaran pada Kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (ITHHINA02AIS) di SMK Negeri 1 Batu adalah koneksi yang lama dan kurangnya fasilitas baik ruang maupun komputer dan kelengkapannya.(5) Cara mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam penggunaan ICT sebagai Media Pembelajaran pada Kompetensi Prepare and Produce Curry Paste (ITHHINA02AIS) di SMK Negeri 1 Batu melibatakan berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar lebih baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disarankan agar dilakukan penelitian tentang pengembangan ICT sebagai media utama pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi guru dan siswa pada kompetensi Keahlian Restoran di SMK Negeri 1 Batu. 8195 SUMMARY Wardhani Ratih Kusuma. 2009. The research has been doing in 1 Batu State Vocation School at 16th-26th December 2008. Descriptive of research is using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Subject research is the student class X Restaurant skill which has 44 students and 6 active teachers. Technique interpretation data use questionnaire interview and documentation. The analysis result research use percentage analysis. The research result is (1st) ICT s functions for education tool take a part in competence Prepare and Produce Curry Paste for teacher and students to education and information resource. (2nd)The using of ICT as education tool in competence Prepare and Produce Curry Paste at 1 Batu State Vocation School is very useful for teacher to access information so it can increase teacher s knowledge in spices classification kind of spices method of cooking and saving technique Indonesian food. For the students ICT as information and education resource because more of it (65 91%) the students declare that using of ICT in access information specially about classification of spices (70 45%) about kind of spices (61 36%) about method of cooking Indonesian food (65 91%) about prepare and produce Indonesian food. More of (68 81%) students declare that using of ICT in information access about saving technique spices but (59 09%) about garnish for dish service in competence Prepare and Produce Curry Paste at 1 Batu State Vocation School class X Restaurant skill. (3th) Support factor in ICT as education tool in competence Prepare and Produce Curry Paste at 1 Batu State Vocation School is information and education resource for teacher and students. Then beside of that it can increase student s motivation in education learning which active creative effective and gratify. (4th) Inhibitor factor in ICT as education tool in competence Prepare and Produce Curry Paste at 1 Batu State Vocation School is slow connecting minimum facility as like room and computer accessories. (5th) The method to solve obstacle in using of ICT as education tool in competence Prepare and Produce Curry Paste at 1 Batu State Vocation School would involve partner for increase teaching and learning process better and as like the purpose. According to research result I suggest to do research in the next time about ITC s increase as primary tool long distance education for teacher and student at competence Restaurant skill in 1 Batu State Vocation School.
