Kata Kunci Pengembangan Bahan Ajar E-learning Elektronika Digital. Hasil wawancara dengan dosen pengampu matakuliah Elektronika Digital di Universitas Negeri Malang didapatkan informasi bahwa pada pembelajaran teori Elektronika Digital (Rangkaian Sekuensial) bahan ajar yang digunakan berbentuk presentasi dan modul. Bahan ajar tersebut telah cukup efektif dalam membantu pemahaman mahasiswa terkait materi tetapi belum maksimal. Bahan ajar tersebut dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan menambah varian bahan ajar lain. Pada Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang belum tersedia bahan ajar berupa e-learning untuk matakuliah Elektronika Digital. Sedangkan setiap ruangan dan lingkup Jurusan Teknik Elektro di Universitas Negeri Malang memiliki jaringan internet dengan kecepatan yang cukup memadahi untuk mengakses e-learning. Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang juga telah memiliki e-learning yang dapat diakses menggunakan jaringan internet. Berkaitan dengan itu maka diperlukan penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar e-learning Elektronika Digital Rangkaian Sekuensial. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk merancang membuat serta menguji kelayakan bahan ajar e-learning berupa modul ajar dan video ajar dengan kompetensi yang disesuaikan pada katalog Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang 2014. Penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar e-learning menggunakan model pengembangan Sadiman yang terdiri atas 8 langkah antara lain (1) identifikasi kebutuhan (2) perumusan tujuan (3) perumusan butir-butir materi (4) perumusan alat pengukur keberhasilan (5) penulisan naskah media (6) pengadaan tes/uji coba (7) revisi (8) produksi. Desain Uji Coba produk melalui 3 tahap evaluasi yaitu evaluasi satu lawan satu kelompok kecil dan lapangan. Evaluasi satu lawan satu dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media sedangkan evaluasi kelompok kecil dan evaluasi lapangan dilakukan oleh 19 mahasiswa dan 39 mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Jurusan Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Elektronika Digital. Hasil pembahasan pengembangan bahan ajar e-learning Elektronika Digital Rangkaian Sekuensial yang berupa modul dan video telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi ahli media serta diuji coba kepada mahasiswa. Hasil validasi modul oleh ahli materi diperoleh skor 91 85% (sangat valid) oleh ahli media diperoleh skor 93 75% (sangat valid) serta uji coba lapangan diperoleh skor 87 43% (sangat valid). Hasil validasi video oleh ahli materi diperoleh skor 97 50% (sangat valid) oleh ahli media diperoleh skor 98 61% (sangat valid) serta uji coba lapangan diperoleh skor 86 99% (sangat valid) sehingga dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. vi ABSTRACT Syayekti Anjar Puguh. 2018. Keywords Development Instructional Materials E-learning Digital Electronics. The result of interview with lecturer of Digital Electronics course at State University of Malang got the information that on learning Digital Electronics theory (Sequential Circuit) the teaching materials used in the form of presentation and module. The teaching materials have been quite effective in assisting students understanding of the material but not maximized. Teaching materials can be increased again by adding variants of other teaching materials. In the Department of Electrical Engineering State University of Malang has not been available teaching materials in the form of e-learning for Digital Electronics courses. While every room and scope of Electrical Engineering Department at Malang State University have internet network with enough speed to access e-learning. Department of Electrical Engineering State University of Malang also has e-learning that can be accessed using internet network. In connection with that it is necessary to research the development of instructional materials e-learning Digital Circuits Sequential Series. The purpose of this research development is to design create and test the feasibility of learning materials e-learning in the form of teaching modules and teaching videos with competencies that are tailored to the catalog of Electrical Engineering Department Faculty of Engineering State University of Malang 2014. Research on development of teaching materials e-learning using Sadiman development model consisting of 8 steps among others (1) identification of needs (2) objective formulation (3) formulation of material items (4) formulation of measuring tools (5) writing media script (6) procurement of tests / trials (7) revisions (8) production. Product Trial Design through 3 evaluation phases is one-on-one evaluation small group and field. One-on-one evaluation was conducted by material experts and media experts while small group evaluation and field evaluation were conducted by 19 students and 39 undergraduate students of Electrical Engineering Education Department of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Malang State University who have taken Digital Electronics course. The result of the discussion of the development of e-learning materials of Digital Elements of Sequential Circuits in the form of modules and videos has been validated by material experts media experts and tested to the students. The result of the module validation by the material expert obtained by the score of 91.85% (very valid) by the media expert obtained a score of 93 75% (very valid) and field trial obtained score 87.43% (very valid). The result of the video validation by the material expert obtained by the score 97.50% (very valid) by the media expert obtained a score of 98.61% (very valid) and field trial obtained score 86.99% (very valid) so declared feasible applied in studying.
