Hubungan Efektivitas Bimbingan Karir dan Kematangan Kejuruan dengan Memasuki Dunia Kerja Siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di Kabupaten Malang. Kata Kunci SMK Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja Efektivitas Bimbingan Karir Kematangan Kejuruan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional merupakan pendidikan pada jenjang menengah yang menyiapkan siswanya untuk memasuki dunia kerja dengan berbekal ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka siswa SMK harus memiliki motivasi memasuki dunia kerja yang tinggi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat motivasi memasuki dunia kerja yaitu efektivitas bimbingan karir dan kematangan kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi tingkat efektivitas bimbingan karir (X1) (2) Deskripsi tingkat kematangan kejuruan (X2) (3) Deskripsi tingkat motivasi memasuki dunia kerja (Y) (4) Hubungan efektivitas bimbingan karir dengan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja (5) Hubungan kematangan kejuruan dengan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan (6) Hubungan efektivitas bimbingan karir dan kematangan kejuruan dengan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian expose facto dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMK program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di Kabupaten Malang dengan jumlah 146 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket reliabilitas (apha cronbach) X1 X2 dan Y secara berturut-turut adalah 0 761 0 872 dan 0 889. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Ganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara X1 dan X2 dengan Y baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sumbangan relatif X1 terhadap Y sebesar 50 27% dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 49 73%. Sumbangan efektif X1 terhadap Y sebesar 11 81% dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 11 68% sedangkan 73 5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) X1 dalam kategori sangat tinggi (2) X2 dalam kategori tinggi (3) Y dalam kategori sangat tinggi (4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara X1 dengan Y (5) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara X2 dengan Y dan (6) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara X1 dan X2 dengan Y. ii ABSTRACT Widodo Sigit Setyo. 2018. The Relationship Between Effectiveness Of Career Guidance And Vocational Maturity With Motivation To Enter Work Field Student Of SMK Technical Expertise Program Of Electrical Power Instalation In Malang Regency. Keyword effectiveness of career guidance vocational maturity motivation to enter the workfield Vocational High School (SMK) as part of the national education system is an education at high school level that prepares the student to enter the workfield after graduated with knowledge and skills. According to that students of SMK must have motivation to enter the world field. Several factors that influence the level of motivation to enter the workfield are the effectiveness of career guidance and vocational maturity. The purpose of this research are to determine (1) Description the level of effectiveness of career guidance (X1) (2) Description the level of vocational maturity (X2) (3) Description the level of motivation to enter the workield (Y) (4) Relationship of the effectiveness of career guidance with motivation to enter the work field (5) Relationship of the vocational maturity with motivation to enter the work field (6) The relationship of effectiveness of career guidance and vocational maturity with the motivation to enter the work field. This research is an expose facto research with correlational descriptive research design. The population in this research is all students of class XII SMK Technical Expertise Program of Electric Power Installation in Kabupaten Malang. The sample of this research is student SMK Technical Expertise Program of Electric Power Installation in Kabupaten Malang with total number 146 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires reliability (apha cronbach) X1 X2 and Y respectively are 0.761 0 872 and 0.89. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this research there is a significant relationship between X1 and X2 with Y either partially or simultaneously. Relative contribution of X1 to Y is 50 27% and X2 to Y is 49 73%. Effective contribution of X1 to Y is 30 05% and X2 to Y is 4 30% and another 73 5% effected by the other variable beyond this research. The conclusion of this research are (1) X1 is in the very high level category (2) X2 is in the high level category (3) Y is in the very high level category (4) there is a significant relationship between X1 with Y (5) there is a significant relationship between X2 with Y and (6) there is a significant relationship between X1 and X2 with Y.
