Kata Kunci Hubungan Pengalaman Organisasi Motivasi Berprestasi Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pengalaman dalam berorganisasi kemahasiswaan berperan dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan soft skill mahasiswa. Soft skill yang terlatih dibutuhkan mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Selain itu motivasi berprestasi berperan dalam mendorong mahasiswa untuk mencapai tujuannya dalam meraih prestasi baik prestasi belajar maupun prestasi non akademik lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap hubungan antara pengalaman organisasi mahasiswa (X1) dan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang (Y) baik secara parsial maupun simultan serta mendeskripsikan masing-masing variabel X1 X2 dan Y. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro angkatan 2013 dan 2014 yang terdiri dari 695 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebesar 233 mahasiswa. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan uji korelasi parsial dan uji hipotesis untuk mengungkap hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengalaman organisasi (X1) mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 96 mahasiswa (41%) motivasi berprestasi (X2) mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 88 mahasiswa (38%) dan prestasi belajar (Y) mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro dalam kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi sebesar 105 mahasiswa (45%) dan 109 mahasiswa (47%) sedangkan sumbangan prediktor terhadap kriterium sebesar 54% dan 46% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar faktor yang diteliti. Kesimpulan dari peneitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman organisasi mahasiswa dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang terdapat hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman organisasi kemahasiswaan dan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang. Purpose of this study is to uncover the correlation between organizational experience (X1) and achievement motivation (X2) with the learning achievement (Y) majoring in Electrical Engineering State University of Malang either partially or simultaneously and describes each of the variable X1 X2 and Y. Design methods in the research was quantitative with descriptive correlational. Samples from this study were student majoring Electrical Engineering period of 2013 and 2014 is 233 college student. The data obtained were tested with the correlation parsial tested and hypothesis testing to uncover the relationship between indepedet variables eith the dependent variable either parsial or simultaneously. The results of research are organizational experience (X1) majoring in Electrical Engineering in the high category is equal to 96 college student (41%) achievement motivation (X2) majoring in Electrical Engineering in the high category is equal to 88 college student (38%) and learning achievement (Y) majoring in Electrical Engineering in the high and very high category is equal to 105 college student (45%) and 109 college student (47%) while the contributing of predictors to the criterion of 54% and 46% are influencewd by factors other than the factors under study. Conclusions of research there is a positive and significant correlation between the organizational experience and the learning achievement of student majoring in Electrical Engineering there is a correlation between achievement motivation and the learning achievement of student majoring in Electrical Engineering there is a positive and significant correlation between the organizational ecperience and achievement motivation with the learning achievement of student majoring Electrical Engineering State University of Malang.
