Pembimbing (I) Dr. Tri Atmadji S M.Pd Kata Kunci SMK kompetensi keahlian praktik industri kesiapan kerja Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berorientasi untuk memasuki dunia industri. Peserta didik dibekali dengan berbagai macam kompetensi keahlian. Peserta didik tidak hanya belajar didalam sekolah tetapi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) juga diberikan kesempatan untuk mengenal industri secara langsung lewat program magang di industri atau yang sering disebut dengan Prakerin. Hal ini bertujuan agar kompetensi keahlian peserta didik yang diberikan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang digunakan dan juga sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan atau industri. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang sifatnya korelasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi kompetensi keahlian kesesuaian praktik kerja industri dan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja pada peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo. (2) Untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi keahlian dengan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja pada peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo. (3) Untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan yang signifikan antara kesesuaian praktik industri dengan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja pada peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 353 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 164 siswa. Variabel yang akan diteliti ada tiga yaitu kompetensi keahlian dan kesesuaian praktik kerja industri sebagai variabel bebas sedangkan variabel kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja sebagai variabel terikat. Pengujian prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas uji linieritas uji multikolinieritas uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi parsial untuk hipotesis pertama dan kedua serta uji regresi linier berganda untuk hipotesis ketiga. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Terjadi hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi keahlian dengan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja pada siswa kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo. (2) Terjadi hubungan yang signifikan antara kesesuaian praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja pada siswa kelas XII program kahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo. (3) Terjadi hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi keahlian dan kesesuaian praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja pada siswa kelas XII program keahlian Teknik Listrik di SMK Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Student not only learn in school but students in SMK are also given the opportunity to get to know industry directly through apprenticeship program in industry or often called as Prakerin. It aims to skill competence of students given in accordance with the curriculum used and also in accordance with the needs of companies or industries. This research is a correlational quantitative descriptive research. The purpose this research are (1) To know how high the skill competence the conformity of industrial work practice and readiness to enter the world of work in class XII students of Electrical Engineering expertise program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency. (2) to know there is a significant correlation between skill competence with with readiness to enter the work world in class XII students of Electrical Engineering expertise program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency. (3) to know there is a significant correlation between suitability of industry practice with readiness to enter the work world in class XII students of Electrical Engineering expertise program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency. The population of this research are all students class XII Electrical Engineering expertice program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency which amounted to 353 students. While the sample taken as many as 164 students. Variabel to be research there are three that is skill competence and appropriateness of industrial work practice as independent variable while variable of readiness enter work world as dependent variable. The prerequisite analysis test includes normality test linearity test multicolinearity test heroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis technique used is partial correlation test for first and second hypothesis and multiple linear regression test for third hypothesis. The result of this research are (1) There is a significant correlation between skill competence with the readiness to enter the work world in class XII studentsof Electrical Engineering expertise program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency. (2) There is a significant correlation between appropriateness of industrial work practice with the readiness to enter the work world in class XII studentsof Electrical Engineering expertise program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between skill competence and the the appropriateness of industrial work practice to the readiness to enter the work world in class XII studentsof Electrical Engineering expertise program in SMK Sidoarjo Regency.
