Abstract

ABSTRAK Agustina, Wulan. 2017. Pengembangan Sistem Ulangan Harian untuk Siswa Program Keahlian Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak di SMK Turen. Kata Kunci: sistem, ulangan harian, rekayasa perangkat lunak Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru tidak hanya menyampaikan materi, namun juga memberikan ulangan harian. Sebelumnya, dalam pemberian ulangan harian, guru menggunakan kertas ulangan yang telah disusun terlebih dahulu. Apabila terjadi perubahan, guru harus menyusun dan mencetak ulang soal. Selain itu, guru harus mengoreksi satu persatu lembar kerja siswa, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif. Dengan mengembangkan sistem ulangan yang baru, maka diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah yang telah diuraikan Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini untuk: (1) mengembangkan sistem ulangan harian untuk siswa program keahlian Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak di SMK Turen, (2) mengujicobakan sistem ulangan harian yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan teknik pengujian ISO 9126 (functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, dan portability), dan (3) Mengkaji keunggulan dan kekurangan dari sistem ulangan harian untuk siswa program keahlian Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak di SMK Turen. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan ini adalah Agile software development yang memiliki enam tahapan, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) implementasi, (3) pengujian, (4) dokumentasi, (5) deployment, dan (6) pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan akan diuji sesuai teknik pengujian ISO 9126 yang terdiri dari enam aspek, yaitu: (1) functionality, (2) reliability, (3) usability, (4) efficiency, (5) portability dan (6) maintainability. Subjek uji dilakukan oleh pengembang, beberapa dosen, guru dan siswa RPL di SMK Turen. Jenis data yang didapatkan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan adalah: (1) penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan sistem ulangan harian untuk memudahkan guru dalam melakukan kegiatan ulangan harian, (2) sampel isi sistem ulangan harian sudah baik karena telah melalui revisi sebanyak dua kali oleh penelaah, (3) pengujian aspek functionality, fungsi sistem berjalan 100%. Pada aspek reliability, hasilnya 100%. Pengujian aspek usability oleh admin, guru dan siswa masing-masing adalah 89,2%, 94%, dan 81%. Aspek efficiency terhadap performa sistem adalah 86,4 (grade B), sedangkan terhadap response time adalah 1,26 s (very good). Pengujian portability, sistem berhasil berjalan dengan baik di berbagai macam web browser dan resolusi layar. Pada aspek maintainability, hasilnya 86,59 (tinggi), dan (4) sistem ulangan harian hanya dapat digunakan untuk skala kecil saja, jika ingin digunakan untuk skala luas, maka harus ada pengembangan lebih lanjut. Keyword: system, daily exam, software engineering In the process of learning, teacher not only inform the lesson, but also provide an daily exam. Before this, in the process of daily exam, teacher using the paper where prepared in advance. If there is a change, teacher should arrange and reprint the question of test. Beside that, teacher should be correcting one by one the student worksheet, so it takes a long time and less effective. By developing the new system, expected can overcome the problems that have been described before. The purpose of this research and development to: (1) development of daily exam system for student of software engineering department in SMK Turen, (2) try to test system of daily exam based on ISO 9126 testing technique (functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, dan portability), and (3) assess the strengths and weaknesses of the daily exam system for student of software engineering department in SMK Turen. The methode used for this development is Agile software development which has six stages, that are: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) testing, (4) documentation, (5) deployment, and (6) maintenance. The system will be tested based on ISO 9126 testing technique which consist of six aspects, that are: (1) functionality, (2) reliability, (3) usability, (4) efficiency, (5) portability and (6) maintainability. Subject of test conductedd by the developer, some of the lecturers, teachers and students of software engineering department in SMK Turen. The type of data obtained is quantitative data and qualitative data. The result of the development are: (1) This research and development, produce a system of daily exam test to help teachers in the process of daily test, (2) The sample of contents system already better because it has been through a revision as much as two times by reviewers, (3) Testing of the functionality aspect, the function of the system is running 100%. In the aspect of reliability, the result is 100%. Testing of the usability aspect by admin, teacher, and students respectively are 89,2%, 94%, and 81%. The aspect of efficiency on the performance of the system is 86,4 (grade B), while the response time is 1,26 (very good). Testing of the portability aspect, system runs well on wide variety of web browser and screen resolution. In the aspect of maintainability, the result is 86,59 (high), and (4) The system of daily exam can only be used for small scale, if we want to use for a board scale, then there should be futher dvelopment
