Abstract

Keywords Competency Problem Based Learning Portofolio Evaluation and Web. Problem-Based Learning Model (PBL) is the learning model that gives a freedom to student in constructing his own knowledge and in looking for himself of its meaningfull what they learn by real and actual problems which presented in learning thus what they obtain from learning process is not lossing because process result is from construct of his own knowledge not from memorizing process. This research objective is to know effect of Problem-Based Learning model (PBL) which completed with portofolio evaluation towarf Learning Competency to Make Web with look exist or not the significant differences from average value result of learning competencey at experiment classroom with control classroom. The research design used is quasi experimental design by selecting unrademized group the sampling used is two classes. These are grade X RPL 3 as an experimental group and grade X RPL 2 as experimental control. The experimental group is the group intrsucted by using Problem-Based Learning Model (PBL). While experimental control is the class instructed using meaningfull specch method. An instrument used is treatment instrument in rpp form sylabus handout question grill answering key and scorring. Measurement instrument is portofolio job-sheet valuing form of observation process valuing form of observation affective and final test. Data analysis tecnique used is quantitative analysis tecnique with SPSS software. Analysis of quantitative statistical was used for analyzing data of early ability student and learning competency of student which consists of normality test used to know whether both the classroom sampling is distributed normaly homogenity test was used to know whether both the classrooms are homogene and hypothesis test with one path ANOVA test was used to know exist or not exist differences between experimental classroom and control classroom. Research result of average of student learning competency valur at experimental classroom is 84 70 and at control classroom is 76 50 average value from each classroom is examined by using t-test. T-test was used to know whether exist differences of average value of learning competency at experimental class and control class. From t-test is obtained the result tcount 6 657 ttable 1 658. The conclusion from result analysis showed that there are differences between value average of student learning competency that instructed using PBL and instructed using meaningfull speech method. PBL gives positive effect toward grade V RPL 3. By implementation PBL the student becomes active in learning at classroom. ii So lerning competency of grade X RPL 3 (experimental) is higher than grade X RPL 2 (control).
