ABSTRAK Muhlisin M. 2017. Pengaruh Gradasi Styrofoam Coating Pada Beton Ringan Dengan Penambahan Superplastizer Terhadap Kuat Tekan. Skripsi Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing (I) Dr. Nindyawati S.T. M.T (II) Mohammad Sulton S.T. M.T. Kata Kunci Beton Ringan Styrfoam Coating Kuat Tekan Beton. Beton merupakan jenis material yang sering digunakan dalam dunia kontruksi baik sebagai material struktur maupun non-struktur. Pembuatan beton di lapangan umumnya menggunakan perbandingan 1 semen 2 agregat halus 3 agregat kasar dari kebutuhan tersebut agregat kasar mencapai 50%. Metode dalam pembuatan agregat kasar menggunakan styrofoam coating dengan bahan (semen 85% 15% fly ash) fas 0 5. Benda uji terdiri dari 3 variasi sampel A gradasi lolos ayakan 10 mm sampel B gradasi lolos ayakan 20 mm dan sampel C gradasi lolos ayakan 10 mm serta gradasi lolos ayakan 20 mm. Berat volume beton pada pengujian didapatkan data pada sampel A berat volume beton 1665 kg/m3 sampel B berat volume beton 1690 kg/m3 dan sampel C berat volume beton 1675 kg/m3. Menurut SNI 03-3449-2002 hasil berat volume beton masuk kategori beton ringan struktural dengan berat volume 1400 kg/m3 sampai 1850 kg/m3. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton sampel A 13 00 MPa Sampel B sebesar 15 94 MPa dan Sampel C 14 52 MPa. Menurut SNI 03-3449-2002 hasil kuat tekan masuk kategori struktural ringan dengan kuat tekan 7 MPa sampai 17 MPa. Hasil modulus elastisitas sampel A Sampel B dan sampel C pada umur 28 hari adalah 11.383 84 MPa 12.942 25 MPa dan 11.990 89 MPa. Hasil modulus elastisitas pada beton yang menggunakan gradasi lolos ayakan 10 mm gradasi lolos ayakan 20 mm dan campuran gradasi lolos ayakan 10 mm serta gradasi lolos ayakan 20 mm tidak terdapat perbedaan modulus elastisitas yang signifikan. Keywords Lightweight Concrete Styrofoam Coating Concrete Pressure Strenght. Concrete is one kind of material that frequently used in construction world either as structural material or non-structural material. The making of concrete in field commonly uses 1 cement 2 fine aggregate 3 coarse aggregate ratio it means the need for coarse aggregate is half of the ratio. In the making of coarse aggregate the method used is using styrofoam coating with ingredients (cement 85% 15% fly ash) fas 0 5. Test object consist of 3 variations sample A gradation that slip off 10mm sieve sample B gradation that slip off 20mm sieve and sample C gradation that slip off both 10mm and 20mm sieve. In sample A the weight of the volume of concrete obtained after the test is 1665 kg/m3 in sample B volume weight of concrete is 1690 kg/m3 dan in sample C volume weight of concrete is 1675 kg/m3. According to SNI 03-3449-2002 concrete that categorized as structural lightweight concrete is the one with volume weight between 1400 kg/m3 to 1850 kg/m3. The test result of concrete pressure strenght of sample A is 13 00 Mpa sample B is 15 94 Mpa and sample C is 14 52 MPa. According to SNI 03-3449-2002 the result of pressure strenght that categorized as structural lightweight is the one with pressure strenght between 7 MPa to 17 MPa. Modulus elasticity result of sample A after 28 days is 11.383 84 Mpa sample B is 12.942 25 Mpa and sample C is 11.990 89 MPa. There is no significant difference in modulus elasticity result between concretes that use gradation that slip off 10mm sieve gradation that slip off 20mm sieve and the one that used gradation that slip off both 10mm and 20mm sieve.
