ABSTRAK Putri, A.E.R. 2017. Evaluasi Program Penilaian Hasil Belajar pada Kurikulum 2013 Mata Pelajaran Produktif Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo. Dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian di SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik. Para guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian yang disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain penilaian semakin rinci, dalam penilaian sikap banyak cara yang bisa digunakan sehingga penilaian menjadi rumit, diperlukan ketelitian dalam mengenal siswa satu persatu, dalam menilaian keterampilan guru harus melakukan observasi dan portofolio kegiatan, disatu sisi guru juga harus melakukan penilaian pengetahuan, dengan kata lain banyak faktor yang harus dinilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program penilaian hasil belajar pada kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran produktif keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan di SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo, meliputi: konteks, input, proses, dan produk program penilaian hasil belajar pada kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran produktif. Data penelitian berupa pernyataan guru dan siswa mengenai program penilaian pada seluruh mata pelajaran produktif. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif. Populasinya seluruh mata pelajaran produktif keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebanyak 8 (delapan) mata pelajaran. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran produktif berjumlah 8 orang dan siswa keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan 10 orang setiap kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data sebagai berikut (1) Konteks program penilaian hasil belajar termasuk kategori baik, (2) Input program penilaian hasil belajar pada kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran produktif keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan dilihat dari sumber daya manusia yaitu kesiapan guru, kesiapan strategi, dan kesiapan sarana termasuk dalam kategori baik, (3) Proses program penilaian hasil belajar dilihat dari langkah-langkah pelaksanaan dan macam-macam penilaian hasil belajar dalam kurikulum 2013 termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan (4) Produk program penilaian hasil belajar dilihat ketercapaian dan kualitas penilain hasil belajar dalam kurikulum 2013 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kesimpulan program penilaian hasil belajar pada kurikulum 2013 keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo sudah baik, penilaian berhasil dilaksanakan dan tujuan penilaian sudah tercapai dengan baik. This study aims to evaluate the learning outcomes program in the curriculum of 2013 productive subjects of Building Image Engineering expertise at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo, including: context, input, process, and product of assessment program of learning outcomes in curriculum 2013 productive subjects. Research data in the form of statement of teacher and student about assessment program on all productive subjects. The design of this study is evaluative research. The population of all subjects productive of Building Materials Engineering skills as much as 8 (eight) subjects. The respondents of this study consisted of all teachers who taught productive subjects amounted to 8 people and students of Building Image Engineering skills 10 people per class. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with likert scale, interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis using descriptive statistical technique. The results of data analysis as follows (1) The context of the evaluation program of learning outcomes including good category, (2) Input assessment program of learning outcomes in the curriculum 2013 subjects productive skills of Building Image Engineering seen from the human resources of teachers readiness, preparedness strategy, and readiness of facilities Including in good category, (3) The process of learning result assessment program seen from the steps of implementation and various assessment of learning outcomes in the curriculum of 2013 included in both categories, and (4) Product program assessment of learning outcomes seen achievement and quality assessment of learning outcomes In the 2013 curriculum included in either category. The conclusion of the learning achievement assessment program in the 2013 curriculum of Building Materials Engineering expertise of SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo has been good, the assessment has been successfully implemented and the objectives of the assessment have been achieved well.
