Abstract

Education is the main factor in supporting the quality of human resources. With that, the quality of education will continue to improve, evaluate, and adjust the needs of its time. The curriculum is indispensable in formulating the main objectives of the learning process in each country. Through the curriculum, a country is able to respond to the challenges of a growing era and is able to equip students to compete in the future using technology and science that continues to develop. Currently, Indonesia applies the 2013 curriculum which focuses on character building, including spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge and skills. Sports and health physical education is an integral part of education as a whole, aiming to develop aspects of physical fitness, movement skills, critical thinking skills, social skills, reasoning, emotional stability, moral actions, aspects of healthy lifestyles and the introduction of a clean environment through selected physical activities, sports and health that are planned systematically in order to achieve national education goals in accordance with Permendiknas number 22 of 2006. The implementation of PJOK learning in the field and from the results of some of these studies, there are still gaps. The gap occurs because the 2013 curriculum implemented in PJOK subjects still does not meet the standards. In terms of lesson planning, there are still teachers who do not really understand the characteristics of the learning process that reflect the skills of the 2013 curriculum. Then in terms of learning activities have not been said to be effective and efficient in providing material Furthermore, in the assessment aspect, teachers only provide assessments that have not been able to optimize student abilities, even though in the 2013 curriculum itself students are required to think critically and creatively. This study aims to determine the application of the 2013 curriculum in learning physical education, sports and health. The method used in this study is literature review using 3 databases consisting of Google Scholar, Eric, and Taylor and France, at the article collection stage, researchers include inclusion criteria with article types in the form of research articles, articles that have been indexed by scopus (Q1-Q4) and sinta (S1-S4), article publications for the last 5 years, and research samples in the form of physical education teachers, Sports and health are involved in the 2013 curriculum. The results of this study are: (1) 2013 Curriculum Planning on Physical Education, Sports and Health. This is because in physical education planning, including RPP guidelines for the application of physical education learning. In addition to learning tools that must be prepared by teachers, before carrying out the learning process, they must also prepare learning media such as teacher manuals, facilities and infrastructure; (2) Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning. Several literature studies that have been carried out the implementation of learning assessment with the 2013 curriculum are quite good because it can be seen from the learning process that has used a sentimental approach, and has applied several points from several kinds of physical education strategies and has been adjusted to the learning theme, the assessment process carried out by teachers using observation assessment, seen from the ability of students in learning; and (3) Evaluation of the 2013 Curriculum in Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning. In the literature study that has been conducted, the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum on the subjects of Physical Education, Sports and Health for students and teachers for implementation is already in the good category. Because there have been many changes from KTSP to the 2013 curriculum and it is better from year to year but there are still obstacles such as infrastructure facilities are not supportive, scientific learning is not appropriate, changes in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, lack of understanding of the use of e-report cards, and learning media is not interesting. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study based on (1) Curriculum Planning 2013 states that there are 3 articles stated in the 2013 curriculum planning in the eyes of PJOK training is to prepare RPP as a parameter. The components contained are in accordance with the 2013 curriculum guidelines, but the learning steps do not appear to be unraveled about the scientific approach and lesson plans prepared by teachers and the implementation of the learning process using a scientific approach. (2) Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum Based on stating 3 articles that explain that the implementation of learning assessment with the 2013 curriculum. (3) Based on the 2013 Curriculum Evaluation, it states that there are 3 articles that explain that the evaluation of learning is based on the 2013 curriculum.
