Penelitianinitergolongpenelitianexpost facto. Populasidalampenelitianinia-dalahsemuasiswakelas XI TeknikPemesinan di SMK PGRI 2 Jombang yang ber-jumlah 124 siswa, sementarasampel yang diambilberjumlah 94 siswadaripopulasi-tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukandenganmenggunakanmetodeobservasi, ang-ketdandokumentasi. Data yang diperolehkemudiandiujidenganujiprasyaratanlisis-danujihipotesis. Analisis datamenggunakananalisisregresidananalisiskorelasiparsial. Hasildaripengujianhipotesisdidapatkanhasilsebagaiberikut: (1) secarasi-multanadahubungan yang signifikanantarakemandirianbelajar, motivasibelajar, danfasilitasbengkelpemesinandenganhasilbelajarpaketkeahliantek-nikpemesinansiswakelas XI di SMK PGRI 2 Jombangdengannilaisignifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (2) secaraparsialtidakadahubungan yang signifikanantarakemandi-rianbelajardenganhasilbelajarpaketkeahlianteknikpemesinandengannilaisignifikansi p sebesar 0,179 > 0,05, dannilaikoefisienkorelasisebesar 0,141, (3) secaraparsialadahubungan yang signifikanantaramotivasibelajardenganhasilbe-lajarpaketkeahlianteknikpemesinandengannilaisignifikansi p sebesar 0,03 < 0,05 dannilaikoefisienkorelasisebesar 0,226, dan (4) secaraparsialadahubungan yang signifikanantarafasilitasbengkelpemesinandenganhasilbelajarpa-ketkeahlianteknikpemesinandengannilaisignifikansi p sebesar 0,011 < 0,05 danni-laikoefisienkorelasisebesar 0,263. Key words: self-learning, learning motivation, workshop facilities, learning achievement of mechanical engineering Self learning and learning motivation desperately needed by students especially on Vocational School majoring in Mechanical Engineering. It can support students to achieving their objectives. In fact there are still many students who do not yet have that. Another factor that must be considered is the availability of workshop facilities. Completeness of the workshop facilities will affect the learning process of theory and practice and will have an impact on students learning achievement. The purposes of this study are to out the relationship between self-learning (X1), learning motivation (X2), workshop facilities (X3) and Learning Achievement of Mechanical Engineering Students (Y) at Grade XI SMK PGRI 2 Jombang either partially or simultaneously. The design of this research is expost facto study. The Population employed within this study is all of the XI grade students majoring in machinery study from SMK PGRI 2 Jombang, with the total of 124 students, moreover the reasearcher only took 94 students as the sample for this current study. The data collection was conducted by using observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data obtained is then tested with a test prerequisite analysis and hypothesis test. Analysis data using regression analysis and partial correlation analysis. The data obtained from the data collection procedure on the research field hypothesis test show several facts; (1) simultaneously, there was a significant relationship between self-learning, learning motivation, workshop facilities and learning achievement of mechanical engineering students at grade XI SMK PGRI 2 Jombang with the significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, (2) partially, there was no significant relationship between the self-learning and learning achievement of mechanical engineering with significance p value of 0,05 > 0,179, and the value of the coefficient correlation of 0,141, (3) partially, there was a significant relationship between the learning motivation and learning achievement of mechanical engineering with significance p value of 0,03 < 0,05 and coefficient correlation of 0,226, and (4) partially, there was a significant relationship between workshop facilities and learning achievement of mechanical engineering with significance value p of 0,011 < 0,05 and coefficient correlation of 0,263. The suggestions of this research are for SMK PGRI 2 Jombang are the re-sults of this research can be a reference to improve the shortcomings of workshop facilities. For the teachers can make it as an information to motivate students in their learning. For other researchers can employ the results of this study as the base for further research on different variables that does not exist in this research.
