Abstract

Education can be carried out within the formal and informal. Education in the school environment is more formal. Teachers as educators and students as learners. This activity took place in an educational institution that is formal. Each teaching-learning process in the classroom there are two interrelated activities with each other the activities of teaching and classroom management activities. Teaching activities include all activities directly aimed at the achievement of teaching objectives. While classroom management activities directed at activities that create and maintain optimal conditions for the implementation of the teaching-learning process. Classroom management function is essential because the activities of teachers in classroom management activities include managing student behavior in the classroom creating a climate sosioemosional and managing group process so the success of teachers in creating conditions in which indicates the process of teaching and learning take place effectively. In addition he must be influenced students to learn and accept the stimulus with a positive response which will affect students learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to explain how the influence of classroom management approaches to student learning achievement. This research has two variables namely the independent variable (X) and bound variables (Y). Independent variables in this research is classroom management approaches that have sub variable 1) behavior modification approach 2) approach to creating a climate sosioemosional and 3) the process approach while the bound variable is students learning achievement grade PGRI SMK Automotive X 6 Malang on entrepreneurial subjects. Population in this study is to grade students Vocational Automotive X 6 Malang PGRI totaling 48 students. Researchers used the entire population for the research subjects so that researchers do not need to use the research sample. Technical analysis of the data used in this study is a multiple linear regression (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS computer program for Windows series 14.0. From the results of this study can conclude that 1) behavior modification approach to impact positively and significantly to student learning achievement 2) approach to the creation of sosioemosional climate will positively influence but not significant for students learning achievement 3) approach the process positively affects the group and significantly on students learning achievement. Suggestions addressed to SMK PGRI 6 Malang should be through the principal needs to establish effective classroom management as a policy requires that schools and teachers make good classroom management. The principal functions to optimize the condition of teachers in the classroom with behavior modification approach the creation of climate sosioemosional approach and the approach to optimize the process of teaching styles are varied. In addition advice is aimed at researchers who are interested in continuing this research is to try to do research on other objects (Vocational High School or another school) so that later results can be used as a comparison the effect of school classroom management approach with vocational schools PGRI 6 Malang. In addition to the authors recommend further research to examine the influence of other variables such as learning environment the influence of IQ and EQ and motivation of students of students learning achievement.
