Kata Kunci kompetensi guru proses pembelajaran ekonomi SMA Panjura Kota Malang Kompetensi merupakan hal penting yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru agar tercipta proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik sehingga menghasilkan output pendidikan yang baik pula namun penerapan ke empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogik kompetensi kepribadian kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial belum optimal dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi sehingga terjadi beberapa permasalahan akibat dari kurang optimalnya penerapan keempat kompetansi tersebut. Berkaitan dengan itu maka diperlukan pembahasan lebih lanjut mengenai penerapan kompetensi oleh guru ekonomi dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi di SMA Panjura Kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penerapan kompetensi guru ekonomi (kompetensi pedagogik kompetensi kepribadian kompetensi profesional kompetensi sosial) dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi di SMA Panjura Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi.Kehadiran peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai instrumen penelitian yang bertindak sebagai pengamat dan pewawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Panjura yang terletak di jalan Kelud No.9 kecamatan klojen kelurahan Kauman Kota Malang. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tekhnik observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data dimulai dari reduksi data penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut diperoleh empat simpulan hasil penelitan sebagai berikut. Pertama Kompetensi pedagogik ditunjukkan dengan mampunya guru dalam memahami karakteristik siswanya salain itu untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa guru memberikan pertanyaan materi sebelumnya jawaban siswa dari pertanyaan tersebut juga dijadikan guru untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan belajar jika siswa tidak bisa menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Guru sudah dapat memahami prinsip pengembangan kurikulum mengembangkan indikator dan instrumen penilaian menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran dan menyediakan berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mendorong peserta didik mencapai prestasi yang optimal guru juga melakukan evaluasi untuk dirinya sendiri. Hanya saja dalam proses pembelajaran guru masih belum menentukan tujuan pembelajaran dan menentukan prosedur penilaian dan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar. Kedua Penerapan kompetensi kepribadian guru sudah tercermin dari mampunya guru untuk bersikap sesuai norma yang ada norma agama dengan menjauhi larangan dan menjalankan perintah sesuai dengan agama yang di anut berprilaku yang tidak melanggar hukum yang ada di Indonesia maupun hukum adat yang ada di masyarakat. Selain itu guru juga mengajarkan sikap jujur kepada siswanya dalam mengerjakan tugas sikap tegas ditunjukkan dalam hal tepat waktu pengumpulan tugas. Rasa bangga menjadi seorang guru juga di tunjukkan dengan adanya rasa senang dalam menjalani tugas sebagai seorang guru dan juga terdapat kebanggan sendiri jika melihat siswanya bisa sukses dan memiliki nasib yang baik. Ketiga Kompetensi profesional sudah ditunjukkan guru dari kemampuan dalam menguasai materi pelajaran ekonomi serta mengolah materi tersebut secara kreatif namun guru tidak melakukan tindakan refleksi terhadap kinerjanya sendiri hal tersebut terbukti saat akhir pembelajaran guru langsung menutup dengan salam tanpa bertanya kepada siswa mengenai pembelajaran yang sudah dilakukan oleh guru. Keempat Kompetensi sosial diterapkan guru dengan berkomunikasi secara santun kepada guru lain Tata Usaha dan juga kepala sekolah guru juga berkomunikasi dengan orang tua siswa namun belum mengikutsertakan orang tua siswa untuk membicarakan cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. In relation to this an analysis of the application of the teacher s economic competence in the economic learning process in Panjura senior high school Malang would be required. This research aims to determine and describe the application of the economic teacher competence (pedagogy personal competence professional competence social competence) in the economic learning process in Panjura senior high school Malang. This research used a qualitative descriptive study design with a type of phenomenological research. The presence of researchers in this research is like a research instrument that acts as an observer and interviewer. This research was conducted at the Panjura senior high school located on the street Kelud 9 Klojen village Kauman Malang. The primary data sources obtained from interviews and observations secondary data obtained from the documentation. The collection of data is done through observation techniques interviews and documentation. Event starts the data analysis of data reduction data presentation and data verification. Based on the analysis of these data we obtained four research results to the following conclusions. First pedagogical competence demonstrated by the inability of teachers to understand the characteristics of their students and then to determine the ability of beginning students the teacher asking previous material questions students answers to these questions are also used As teachers to identify learning difficulties if the student can not answer that question. Teachers are able to understand the principles of curriculum development the development of indicators and assessment tools the preparation of Planning learning process using information and communication in learning and offers a variety of learning activities to encourage students to achieve optimal performance teachers also evaluated by themselves.
