Keywords Organizational culture self-efficacy job satisfaction Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Human resources play a role as movers thinkers and planners in an organization so that it can be said to be the main determinant of organizational development both in the form of agencies and companies. Improving the performance of human resources in an organization requires the development of out-of-role behavior especially from members of the organization the most common term is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Efforts to improve employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) are very important for organizations to find out what causes the increase in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The increase or decrease in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is influenced by two main factors namely factors that come from within employees (internal) such as self-efficacy and job satisfaction while factors that come from outside employees (external) such as organizational culture systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior The Influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Job Satisfaction The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction and the effect of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction. The research method is a quantitative approach using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The sampling method used in this study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was a nurse from the Kalianget Salt Islamic Hospital the number of samples obtained was 114 respondents. The analysis techniques in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) inferential analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.8. The results of the study show that 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior 2) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavio 3) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction 4) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction 5) there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior 6) job satisfaction is able to mediate directly positive and significant between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior 7) job satisfaction is able to mediate directly positive and significant between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion in this study is for Hospital Management Hospital management is advised to continue to strengthen and cultivate organizational values through intensive socialization training and direct examples in daily behavior. Management needs special attention to factors that shape job satisfaction such as providing fair incentives a comfortable and supportive work environment open communication and a transparent reward and promotion system. Management is encouraged to periodically evaluate OCB behavior in the hospital environment and identify areas of weakness (such as low altruism and conscientiousness). For further research the expansion of research objects and methods should be expanded to other hospitals (both public and private) or to different professional groups of health workers to improve the generalization of results.
