Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this investigation is to present the design and assessment of a novel mobile application that is designed to improve the user experience for individuals who participate in self-guided exercises and includes a personal trainer feature. The research investigates the intersection of real-time feedback fitness customization and user interface design in order to develop a more engaging and effective workout regimen. The application was refined to ensure intuitive navigation personalized exercise plans and interactive elements that simulate the experience of working with a personal trainer through iterative design processes and user testing. The evaluation employed a qualitative methodology that included participant interviews and literature review. Users reported a heightened sense of accomplishment increased motivation and increased satisfaction with their workouts. This research makes a valuable contribution to the field by illustrating the potential of personal trainer integration in mobile fitness applications to improve the efficacy of workouts and increase user engagement.
