CA Kata kunci manajemen kelas motivasi prestasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh keefektifan manajemen kelas oleh guru dalam persepsi siswaterhadap motivasi siswa di SMK jurusan akuntansi se- Kota Batu (2) pengaruh pengaruh keefektifan manajemen kelas oleh guru dalam persepsi siswaterhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK jurusan akuntansi se- Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Explanation Research. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK jurusan akuntansi se- Kota Batu sebanyak 500 siswa dan samplenya sebanyak 83 siswa kelas XII akuntansi dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Keefektifan manajemen kelas oleh guru dalam perspektif siswa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi siswa (sig. sebesar 0 024 0 05) (2) Keefektifan manajemen kelas oleh guru dalam perspektif siswa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (sig. sebesar 0 013 0 05). Saran yang disampaikan peneliti adalah (1) Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu sebaiknya membuat kebijakan baru untuk memberikan arahan maupun pelatihan tentang manajemen kelas yang efektif untuk proses pembelajaran siswa di kelas (2) guru diharapkan untuk lebih memahami dan mendalami mengenai keefektifan manajemen kelas (3) Mahasiswa kependidikan mendalami lagi tentang manajemen kelas dan dimaksimalkan agar dapat menciptakan inovasi manajemen kelas yang ideal untuk siswa dan mudah dilaksanakan oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. CA Keywords classroom management motivation achievement This research is to determine (1) effect of classroom management effectiveness by teacher on students perspective toward students motivation for all accounting majority vocational high school in Kota Batu (2) effect of classroom management effectiveness by teacher on students perspective toward students achievement for all accounting majority vocational high school in Kota Batu. This research using quantitave research method with explanation research design. The population in this research is all vocational high school student on accounting majority which total 500 students and 83 students from 12th grade accounting majority for sample. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method. The data collected by using quetionnaires and documentation. The results concluded (1) management classroom effectiveness by teacher on students perspective has positive influence toward motivation (sig. amount 0 024 0 05) (2) management classroom effectiveness by teacher on students perspective has positive influence toward students achievement (sig. amount 0 013 0 05). Researcher suggest that (1) Head of Kota Batu education Department better develop a new policy for giving a training about classroom management effectiveness which is important for learning process in classroom (2) teacher must be more understand and explore about classroom management (3) Education college student must be more understand about classroom management and have more creative idea for creating inovation about classroom management which can help real teacher while the learning is in progress.
