Ak Kata kunci modernitas individu variasi mengajar guru dan hasil belajar Hasil belajar merupakan tolak ukur utama untuk mengetahui keberhasilan belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kediri dipengaruhi oleh modernitas individu dan keterampilan variasi mengajar guru. Modernitas individu siswa bila digunakan siswa secara positif maka akan berdampak positif juga terhadap hasil belajar siswa begitupun sebaliknya. Keterampilan variasi mengajar guru yang dapat mengatasi kebosanan siswa membuat siswa senantiasa bersemangat dan nyaman saat mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar dan siswa lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan guru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modernitas individu dan keterampilan variasi mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksplanatif karena bertujuan untuk menjelaskan adanya pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proposional random sampling dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 165 siswa dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh hasil 117 siswa sebagai sampel yang diambil. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif korelasional dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh posistif dan signifikan sebesar 0 000 0 05 antara modernitas individu dan keterampilan variasi mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modernitas individu dan keterampilan variasi mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kediri. Sesuai keseluruhan hasil penelitian saran yang dapat peneliti berikan yang pertama adalah bagi sekolah hendaknya memperhatikan dan lebih meningkatkan faktor eksternal siswa seperti modernitas individu siswa kedua untuk guru mata pelajaran akuntansi hendaknya melakukan evaluasi mengajarnya secara berkala dan yang ketiga bagi peneliti lain yang akan mengadakan penelitian sejenis disarankan agar variabel diperluas lahi. Variation skill microteaching of the teacher can be superintend boredom make the student enthusiastic and comfortable while learning section and the student easier learning section that delivered by the teacher.This research aims to study influence of individual modernity and variation skill microteaching the teacher toward result study of accounting. This research is explanative research because to explain the influence beside two variable ar more. Quantitative method is used in this research. Techniqual sampling use propotional technique random sampling which the population is 165 students. Slovin formula is used in this research. The result that 117 students to be a sample. Instrumen that is used is documentation and questionairy. Data that analyse use analyse technique corelation descriptive with SPSS 16.0. The result show that positive influence determine in this research and significantly is 0 000 0 05 beside modern individual and skill variation microteaching of the teacher toward result study accounting from students in grade XI IPS SMAN 5 Kediri. Based on the results of the research analysis can be concluded that the individuality and the variation of the variation of teaching teachers have a positive and significant impact on the results of students accounting study class XI IPS SMAN 5 Kediri. In accordance with the overall results of research suggestions that researchers can provide the first is for schools should pay attention and further increase the external factors of students such as the modernity of individual students secondly to the teacher accounting subjects should conduct a periodical teaching evaluation and the third for other researchers who will hold Similar research is suggested that the variables be further extended
