Kata kunci Persepsi Siswa tentang Kompetensi Profesional Guru Fasilitas di Sekolah Motivasi Belajar Prestasi Siswa Kompetensi profesional guru sangat diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar karena guru merupakan sosok terdepan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Semakin baik kompetensi profesional guru maka akan menambah motivasi siswa dalam belajar yang kemudian akan berpengaruh terhadap tujuan pendidikan. Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi tujuan pendidikan adalah fasilitas yang mendukung pembelajaran di sekolah. Fasilitas di sekolah yang memadai memungkinkan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar akan efektif dan efisien. Dari kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas di sekolah dapat menciptakan suasana dalam belajar menjadi nyaman dan optimal sehingga menumbuhkan persepsi siswa yang positif. Dengan persepsi siswa yang positif tersebut akan menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa hal ini akan dapat mempengaruhi tindakan siswa dalam mencapai tujuannya yaitu prestasi belajar yang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas di sekolah. (2) Deskripsi motivasi belajar dan prestasi siswa. (3) Pengaruh secara langsung persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas di sekolah terhadap prestasi siswa kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Islam Batu. (4) Pengaruh secara langsung motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Akuntansi kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Islam Batu. (5) Pengaruh secara tidak langsung persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas di sekolah melalui motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Islam Batu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif analisis statistik inferensial dengan regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini peneliti menyarankan (1) Guru mata pelajaran Pengantar Akuntansi kelas X AK diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dengan melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan mengikuti seminar atau pelatihan untuk mengembangkan kompetensinya serta dapat memperluas ilmu di bidang yang ditekuninnya. (2) Bagi Pimpinan lembaga Pimpinan sekolah diharapkan dapat mengadakan memfasilitasi dan memberikan kesempatan kepada guru SMK Islam Batu untuk mengikuti beberapa seminar dan pelatihan profesi guru untuk menunjang profesinya dan pihak sekolah dapat mengembangkan fasilitas di sekolah yang lebih baik. (3) Bagi siswa SMK Islam Batu dapat meningkatkan motivasi intrinsiknya karena demikian hasrat untuk berprestasi akan terus melekat pada diri siswa. (4) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menjadikan hasil penelitian ini sebagai referensi untuk pengembangan analisis penelitian selanjutnya. ABSTRACT Nurhasniawati.2017. Keywords Student s Perception on Proffessional Competences for Teachers Facilities In School Learning Motivation Achievement of The Students Professional Competences for Teachers very necessary in the implementation of learning because teacher is a figure of the leading in the implementation of education. The professional competence of a good teacher it will increase the students motivation in learning which will then effect the goal of education. Other factors that effect the goal of eduacation is facilities that support learning in school. Facilities in school are adequate allow students in the teaching and learning activities will be effective and efficient. Professional competences for teachers and facilies in school can create learning atmosphere that is comfortable and optimal that foster positive students perception. With such positive perceptions of students it will foster students motivation that will be able to influence the actions of the students in achieving their objectives that is satisfactory academic achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) Description of student perceptions about professional competence for teachers and facilities at school (2) Description of learning motivation and student achievement (3) The direct effect of the students perception on professional competence for the teacher and facilities in school on students achievement for the tenth grade Accounting at SMK Islam Batu (4) The direct effect of motivation on students achievement for the tenth grade Accounting at SMK Islam Batu (5) The indirect effect of students perception on professional competence for teachers and facilities in school through learning motivation on achievement of the tenth grade students Accounting at SMK Islam Batu. This reserch is a quantitative study which uses descriptive statistical analysis inferential statistical analysis by multiple linier regression and path analysis. Based on these research findings researcher suggests that (1) for the introduction to accounting teachers of the tenth grade students of AK are expected to increase the professional competence with continuing education to a higher level and participate in seminars or training to develop competencies and be able to expand knowledge in their specific field (2) for the principal head school of SMK Islam Batu is expected to conduct facilitate and provide the opportunity for teachers of SMK Islam Batu to attend several seminars and training to support the profession and the school can develop facilities in school to a better level. (3)for the students of SMK Islam Batu should increase their intrinsic motivation in order to excel to achievement and (4) for future researchers should make the results of this study as a reference for the development of further research analysis.
