Kata Kunci Evaluasi Hasil Belajar Siswa Evaluasi hasil belajar suatu tindakan atau proses untuk menentukan nilai keberhasilan belajar peserta didik setalah mengalami proses belajar pada satu periode tertuntu. Dalam hal ini guru akuntansi sebagai unsur utamanya. Jika guru memahami evaluasi hasil belajar maka guru dapat memahami keefektifan dan efisiensi sistem pembelajaran. Pemahaman guru mengenai evaluasi hasil belajar dapat dilihat dari pernyataan guru mengenai prosedur evaluasi ranah kognitif ciri tes yang baik dan analisis butir soal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru tentang evaluasi hasil belajar berdasarkan pengalaman subjektif informan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi transendental. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari guru akuntansi di SMK se Kota Malang . Melalui teknik purposive diperoleh 7 orang informan meliputi 5 orang dari SMK Swasta dan 2 orang guru SMK Negeri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) guru memahami tujuan evaluasi hasil belajar 2) guru memahami tentang prosedur alat evaluasi 3) guru mengetahui jenis teknik tes 4) pemahaman guru yang kurang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berfikir siswa 5) guru tidak memahami ciri ciri tes yang baik tetapi memahami indikator utama ciri tes yang baik 6) guru tidak membuat analisis butir soal karena tidak ada tuntutan pengawas dan keterbatasan waktu 7) guru tidak mengetahui cara mencari daya pembeda 8) guru tidak mengetahui cara mencari tingkat kesukaran. Saran yang diberikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ialah 1) bagi guru pemahan evaluasi hasil belajar sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dan efisiensi pembelajaran baik tentang materi metode dan media 2) bagi pihak lembaga pihak lembaga diharapkan memberikan fasilitas pelatihan tentang prosedur evaluasi hasil belajar kepada guru dan 3) bagi peneliti selanjutnya berkaitan dengan fokus penelitian sebaiknya memilih salah satu komponen evauasi hasil belajar agar dapat menggali informasi yang lebih banyak. Keyword Students Assessment Assessement is a process in which teacher makes a judgment about students value after they joining teaching and learning process in a certain period. In this case Accounting teacher playes a prominent role. A teacher needs to know how effective and efficient a learning system they use therefore they should understand the students assessment. Their understanding is seen from their statement about procedure of evaluation cognitive state charecteristic of a good test and test item analysis. The study aims to examine the teachers understanding of students assessment based on informer s subjective experience. The study is a qualitative research which is transendental phenomenology. The serach subject is accounting teachers of vocational high school in Malang. Seven informers in this study are choosen by using purpose technique which there are five people from private vocational high school and two people from state vocational high school. Interview and documentation is employed to collect the data. The writer analyzes teh data using Miles and Huberman theory. The results of this study shows that 1) teachers understand the purpose of students assessment 2) teachers understand about the procedure of evaluation tools 3) teachers know techinique test variation 4) the lack of teachers comprehension can affect students thinking ability 5) teachers do not understand the characteristics of a good test but understand the main characteristics of good test indocator 6) teachers do not make test item analysis because there are no supervision demand and time limitation 7) teachers do not know how to find the capacity of distinction 8) teachers do not know how to find difficulty level. Suggestions according to the study are 1). It is important for teachers to examine the students assesment in oreder to undrstand the effectivity and efficiency of material method and mesia in teching and learning process 2). For teh institution it is expected to provide a training facility for teachers in order to get a better understanding of assessment procedur 3). For researchers i the future it is expected to choose one component of assessment in order to gain a greater information.
