MM Kata Kunci Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division aktivitas hasil belajar Hasil observasi awal yang telah dilakukan di kelas X APK 2 SMK Tekstil Pandaan menunjukkan bahwa (1) masih berpusat pada guru teacher centered (2) masih banyak siswa yang mendapat hasil belajar di bawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) (2) siswa yang tidak berani bertanya meskipun ada materi yang belum dipahami (3) terdapat siswa yang tidak mendengarkan penjelasan guru. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah model pembelajaran yang memberdayakan potensi yang dimiliki siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan pada akhirnya hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X APK 2 SMK Tekstil Pandaan dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas atau PTK. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X APK 2 SMK Tekstil Pandaan yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus yang terdiri dari menyusun rancangan tindakan pelaksanaan tindakan pengamatan dan refleksi. Data penelitiaan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara observasi tes catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian meliputi tiga hal (1) reduksi data (2) penyajian data dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan pada saat awal sampai akhir pelaksanaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa pasa siklus I sebesar 79% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 87% dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8%. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa aspek afektif pada siklus I sebesar 62 49% dan siklus II sebesar 79 16%. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata aspek psikomotor pada siklus I sebesar 68 75% dan pada siklus II sebesar 81 25%. Peningkatan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa ini karena siswa telah melakukan berbagai aktivitas yang terdapat pada lembar observasi secara maksimal dan sesuai dengan elemen-elemen pembelajaran kooperatif yang meliputi ketergantungan positif tanggung jawab individu tatap muka komunikasi antar anggota dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian saran yang diberikan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) menjadi salah satu alternative untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa karena memberikan ketergantungan positif antara satu siswa dan siswa lainnya dengan adanya interaksi diantara siswa untuk saling membantu dalam menguasai materi guna mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. ii ABSTRACT Kumala Khrisna Aldean. 2015. MM Keywords Student Teams Achievement Division activity learning outcome The results of preliminary observations conducted in class X APK 2 in Textile Vocational High School Pandaan showed that (1) the learning process is teacher centered (2) there are still many students who gain lower score than the minimum criteria (3) students do not encouraged to ask even though they cannot understand some materials. Therefore the learning model that empowers the students potential to increase the activity and learning outcomes is required. The study is aimed at describing the improvement of activity and learning outcome of the students of X APK 2 in Textile Vocational High School Pandaan by implementing cooperative learning model Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) with 26 students of class X APK 2 in Textile Vocational High School Pandaan as the research subject. The implementation of classroom action research was conducted in two cycles which consist of planning implementing observation and reflection. Data research were collected through interviews observation test field notes and documentation. Data analysis includes three things (1) data reduction which begins from the observation phase before making the research background during the research and after the research (2) the data presentation is conducted after having the observation during the research and (3) concluding conducted from the beginning to the end of the research. The results showed that the application of STAD can increase the activity and student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle. Student learning activity during the first cycle was 79% and increased in the second cycle by 8% with the last percentage was 87%. The average of student learning outcomes in affective aspect in the first cycle was 62.49% and increased to 79.16% in the second cycle. While the average psychomotor aspect value was 68.75% in the first cycle and increased in the second cycle to 81.25%. The improvement of students activity and learning outcome is due to students performances in conducting several activities enlisted which relate with elements of cooperative learning including positive reliance individual responsibility face to face members communication and evaluation. Based on the research results the advice given in the implementation of cooperative learning model Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type becomes an alternative to improve the students activity and learning outcomes because it gives a positive dependence between the students with the interaction to help each other in mastering the material in order to achieve maximum learning outcome. Because it gives a positive influences among the students from this teacher must maximize element of cooperative learning to get a maximal output learning.
