Keywords: Physical Distribution Management, Dealer Satisfaction Distribution is an activity that most get less attention in the marketing operation. Physical distribution or logistics is also called the marketing is one of the activities of the company in its direct relationship with consumers and have a major role in satisfying the consumers, because the product or service from a company must be available at the time in the right place that is easily reached by consumers. This study aims to determine the influence of physical distribution management to the satisfaction of dealers Rinnai gas stove, so that strategies can be the performance of the company to satisfy they dealers. Management that affect the distribution of physical dealer satisfaction is the order processing, warehousing management, inventory management and transportation management. This research, including research aimed causality because to know and analyze the reason-result relationship between two variables or more. While the population is all the dealers in the region of Malang Raya 32 dealers. Because the population allows for a whole examined the type of research is the research population. The objective of this research is to understand the influence of physical distribution management to the satisfaction Rinnai gas stove dealers in the area of Malang Raya. The independent variables in this research is the order processing, warehousing management, inventory management and transportation management, and the dependent variable is dealer satisfaction. Statistical analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression which includes t Test, F Test and determinasi coefficients with the program SPSS for Windows Release 12.00 and using α = 5% and Importance-Performance Analysis to support the research as analysis. Multiple linear regression results indicate that the management of physical distribution (order processing, warehousing management, inventory management and transportation management) have a positive and significant in partial satisfaction of the simultaneous gas Rinnai stove dealers in the area of Malang Raya. While the results of Importance-Performance Analysis of the distribution of physical attributes of management on the 1st quadrant there are 8 attributes, in 2nd quadrant there is 1 attribute, in the 3rd quadrant has 7 attributes and the 4th quadrant there are 3 attributes with Satisfaction Index (IK) of 20,30% . Researchers give advice to PT Inti Persada Surabaya gown to improve staff performance, and consider the addition of facilities to serve the company's dealers in the area of Malang Raya. While recommended for further research to examine more of a problem in the distribution and use of different methods of analysis to examine the research problem. i
