This study aims to develop an English Specific Purpose syllabus for tourist guides in Community Based Ecotourism in Desa Kucur Kabupaten Malang. It uses Research and Development (R amp D) by Borg and Gall which has 10 steps that should be done for this syllabus product. From the needs analysis there are some preliminary results that shows the need of participants stakeholders and instructors in an enjoyable online English classroom. There are some basic competences and materials found to create a good syllabus focusing on speaking skill. The online Whatsapp classroom become the best and reachable media during the course because of time flexibility to reach the rural and remote area. A perfect syllabus can be a best guide for instructors to reach their expected goals beside proper teaching strategies and high teaching motivation. This syllabus design follows the syllabus development methods by stating learning goals materials and clear assessments based on literature review and experts rsquo comments in the related field. The results indicate that speaking listening and vocabulary practice are the mutual components of English skills that shall be emphasized in the learning syllabus on the specific English classroom. Then there are some researcher rsquo s suggestions for other instructors and researchers who want to conduct a similar study that they may implement this model as an alternative on ESP courses because of the fast-growing industry in the ecotourism business which really needs many tourist guides who can speak English fluently.
