The data were combined and analyzed using a qualitative data design in which the data was explained narratively. A questionnaire was distributed to the teachers to see teachers rsquo prior beliefs about the classroom they are going to teach. Then the observation was conducted to see the actual practice in the classroom. It was conducted to see whether the beliefs were in line with the teachers rsquo beliefs beforehand and were in line with the practice. Lastly an interview was conducted to find whether the practice went the way the teachers believed beforehand and whether there were beliefs that were not in line with the practice. This research figured out that the teachers rsquo beliefs from the questionnaire observation and interview were in line with the practice of online speaking classrooms. Teacher A rsquo s beliefs of the online speaking classroom were in line with the actual practice that she conducted. Teacher A knew that it was hard to conduct an online speaking classroom since she faced many problems while conducting the online classroom. On the other hand Teacher B changed her beliefs as time went on where at first she did not believe that the online classroom would be successful. But as time went on and as she tried her best to keep up with the technology and the problems she faced she changed her beliefs and it made the beliefs go in line with the actual practice. To sum up there are several points discovered in the present study. It is found out that teachers rsquo beliefs are very important as they are the prior knowledge for the teacher to have. Second an online classroom is very helpful in the midst of a pandemic like this. Lastly the teachers rsquo beliefs went well in the teaching and learning practices.
