Abstract

ABSTRACT Rahayu Riza Fauzi Tri. 2009. Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar oleh Guru dalam Hubungannya dengan Keefektifan Proses Belajar-Mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk. Keyword exploiting of source learn effectiveness of teaching and learning process In general every instructor teacher requiring source learn as supporter process teaching and learning in school. Process teaching and learning in this case representing a process which contains with refer to deed of student and teacher of interrelationship that goes on in educative situation. Problem of which studied in this research is (1) how exploiting of source learn by teacher in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency (2) how effectiveness of teaching and learning process in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency (3) there any relation between exploiting of source learn by teacher with effectiveness of teaching and learning process in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency . This research purpose to know (1) exploiting of source learn by teacher in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency (2) effectiveness of teaching and learning process in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency (3) relation between exploiting of source learn by teacher with effectiveness of teaching and learning process in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency. This research use descriptive correlational plan. The population is teachers in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency amounting to 293 teachers from 37 state elementary schools while sampel the taken is 165 teachers. Intake of sampel in this research use random sampling technique. Gathering instrument the used is enquette. Gathered to be data to be analysed with descriptive technique and product moment correlation. The result of this research indicate that (1) exploiting of source learn by teacher is included in good category (2) effectiveness of teaching and learning process is included in very good category (3) have relation which is significant between exploiting of source learn with effectiveness of teaching and learning process in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency. Pursuant to result of this research writer raise suggestion shall in course of teaching and learning use source learn by teacher exist in around and according to given Iesson. This matter is done to effectiveness of teaching and learning process in the state elementary school of Nganjuk District in Nganjuk Regency. If have been executed better headmaster shall can urge instructor teacher to be maintaining it so that reached the target of national education.
