Pengaruh Perputaran Modal Kerja tehadap Leverage melalui Return On Asset Studi Pada Perusahaan Mnufaktur Food and Beverage yang Listing di BEU Periode Tahun 2012-2015 Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing (I) Kata Kunci Perutaran Modal Kerja Debt to Asset Ratio Retun On Asset Pada dasarnya tujuan perusahaan didirikan adalah untuk mencapai keuntungan maksimal menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat sebagai tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Disamping itu setiap perusahaan akan selalu mengembangkan atau memperluas usahanya. Untuk itu bagi setiap perusahaan di dalam mengelola usahanya selalu membutuhkan modal kerja yang cukup. Kebutuhan modal kerja perlu diperhitungkan secara cermat dan tepat sehingga perusahaan dapat mengalokasikan modal kerja secara baik dan tepat dalam arti menggunakannya secara efektif dan efisien. .Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufakur food and beverage. Periode yang digunakan adalah tahun 2012-2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Path. Pengambilan data primer diperoleh secara langsung menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Peputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap leverage perusahaan sektor manufaktur subsektor Food and beverage periode tahun 2012-2015.Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) perusahaan sektor manufaktur subsektor Food and beverage periode tahun 2012-2015.Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap leverage perusahaan sektor manufaktur subsektor Food and beverage periode tahun 2012-2015. Sebaiknya perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan besarnya penggunaan hutang (leverage) dan perusahaan juga harus mempertimbangkan segala sesuatu yang dapat mempengaruhi pergerakan Perputaran Modal Kerja. Working capital requirements need to be considered carefully and precisely so that the company can allocate working capital good and proper in the sense of using it effectively and efficiently. .Subyek in this study is manufakur food and beverage company. The period used is the year 2012-2015. This type of research is quantitative research with Path analysis method. The primary data obtained directly using technical documentation. Based on the results of the study concluded that Peputaran positive working capital and no significant effect on the company s leverage manufacturing sector Food and beverage subsector 2012-2015.Perputaran year period working capital and significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA) of manufacturing sector firms Food and beverage subsector period 2012-2015.Return year on Assets (ROA) significant negative effect on the company s leverage manufacturing sector Food and beverage subsector year period 2012-2015. We recommend that companies should pay more attention to the magnitude of the use of debt (leverage) and the company also should consider everything that can affect the movement of Turnover of working capital.
