Kata Kunci Intellectual Capital Kepemilikan Manajerial Nilai Perusahaan Corporate Social Responsibility Penilaian perusahaan tidak hanya bisa dilakukan dengan melihat kinerja keuangan perusahaan namun bisa juga dilakukan dengan melihat nilai intangible asset dan porsi kepemilikan saham oleh pihak manajemen. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui moderasi corporate social responsibility atas pengaruh intellectual capital dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausalitas dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2015. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 13 perusahaan property dan real estate. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah format dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dan uji residual untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2015 sebagian besar tergolong sangat rendah intellectual capital pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2015 sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori top performers kepemilikan manajerial pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2015 sebagian besar tergolong sangat rendah dan corporate social responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2015 sebagian besar tergolong rendah. 2) Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3) Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. 4) CSR dapat memoderasi pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan. 5) CSR tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keywords Intellectual Capital Managerial Ownership Corporate Value Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Corporate assessment not only can be conducted through corporate financial performance but also can be assessed through intangible asset value and portion of stock ownership by management. The goal of this research was to know the effect of intellectual capital and managerial ownership to the corporate value and to know moderation of corporate social responsibility over the effect of intellectual capital and managerial ownership to the corporate value. This research was quantitative research with causality associative approach using secondary data. Population in this research was 53 property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012-2015. The research sample determined by using purposive sampling method and obtained 13 property and real estate companies. Data collection instrument that used in this research was documentation format. Data analysis technique in this research was multiple regression analysis technique and residual test to analyze the effect of moderation variable. The research result showed that 1) Corporate value towards property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2015 mostly included into low category intellectual capital towards property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2015 mostly included into top performers category managerial ownership towards property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2015 mostly included into low category and corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2015 mostly included into low category. 2) Intellectual capital affected positively and significantly to the corporate value. 3) Managerial ownership affected negatively and significantly to the corporate value. 4) CSR could moderate the effect of intellectual capital to the corporate value. 5) CSR could not moderate the effect of managerial ownership to the corporate value.
