Incentive Extension is intented to fulfill the need of workers and their family. Incentive Extension toward workers is an important policy to enhance worker s job performance. This term of Incentive Extension is used to describe salary payment plans which either directly or indirectly correlated with several standard job performance or organizational profitability. 12288 12288 12288 12288 12288 12288 12288 12288 The goal of this study is to know and to analyze the effect of financial incentive Extension and non-financial incentive Extension toward job enthusiasm of Pabrik Gula Pesantren workers. Explanatory research is used in this study. The population of the research is workers of PG. Pesantren Baru with total 93 workers as sample with 10% level of fault. The research used Simple Random Sampling to take respondent from total population. This method is used if the population is considered homogeny.
