This study aims to solve problems faced by a teacher at SMPN 1 Turen regarding her students class 8B low ability in listening. The average score of the class was under the passing grade. This study utilized Storyline Online as a medium to improve the students listening score in Classroom Action Research (CAR) adapted from Kemmis and McTaggart (1988) in a single cycle consisted four steps namely planning action observation and reflection. The Participants of this study were 32 eighth graders of 2023/2024 academic year SMPN 1 Turen. The action was held in four meetings. The data were collected by interview worksheet listening test and observation sheets. The listening test consisted of 20 questions and it was only held on the post-test in the final meeting. The findings showed that there was an improvement in the students score. The success criterion was 75% of 32 students should achieve the minimum score (80). The score average in the final test was 90.62 it showed that 91% students improved their listening skills and it met the success criteria. To conclude Storyline Online helped improve their listening ability and the students can access the medium inside and outside the classroom to learn listening.
