Current globalization bringsa huge impact onthe competitive businessworldincreasinglystringent especiallyin marketing andproductproduced.Theappealofaproduct cannot beseparated fromthe product qualityand priceavailable. Product quality and price can be a drivingforce for consumers tobuy for not seldom purchasedecisionprocessofaproductdue tothe influenceofproduct qualityand prices ontheseproducts. Product qualityand pricearethemost effective in influencingconsumers throughproductqualityandprice canstimulate consumersto buyproductsanduse the productrepeatedly. Therefore product qualityand pricesshould remaina concernfor productqualityandpricescould cause an impact onthe consumer to makepurchases. Thisstudyaimstodeterminethe effect ofsimultaneouspartialandvariable qualityof products that include (performance features reliability service perceptionofquality)andpriceofproductsto the consumer purchasingdecision process on Siemensproducts. Thestudywas conducted atthe Faculty ofEconomics State Universityof Malang (UM FE). Subjects in thisstudy is FE UM students while the sampletakenas manyas 140 peopleand samplingtechniquesusingpurposivesampling.Instrument used inthis study is the questionnaire. From the research results can be seen that there is significant influencebetweenproduct qualityinclude(performance features reliability service perception of quality) andthe price of the product purchasedecisionprocesseither SonyEricssonor partiallysimultaneously. Thus it canbesaid that thequalityofproducts and price be able toinfluence consumerpurchase process.Fromthisconclusioncanbe recommended (1)Forthe consumer inmakingapurchase should not be tooquick to make decisions so as not to regret in the end. (2) For thebusiness shouldprovide productsofgood qualityandwelldesignedpricing strategy right (3) If in the futureresearchers want to use the free variableproduct qualityand price researchers recommendusingsatisfactionasa variablebinding.This is done to determine the level of customer loyaltyfrom SonyEricsson
