MM Keywords Job Stress Employee s Performance Organizational Commitment Human is one of the company s resources that have value and have initiated participation in the use of other available resources within the company. The correct system of human resource management is the key of company success to reach its goals. In doing business companies continuously to be supported by the human resources such as employees. It is an important factor in determining success or failure of an organization so that the implementation of civil work greatly influenced the overall organizational objectives. In order to achieve the organizational goals and objectives it needs more attention to each employee and welfare from the organization. In addition to perform maintenance work environment objectives and infrastructure and production process no matter how good other resources owned by the organization. If it is not supported by staff who work effectively and efficiently it is still not able to achieve a satisfactory organization and even caouses failure. This study aims to (1) Determine the level of job stress including job stress related to challenges and job stress related to work barriers in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. (2) Determine the level of employee organizational commitment in CV. Malang Jersey Indonesia. (3) Determine the level of employee performance in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. (4) Determine the influence of work stress variables related to challenges to the organization s commitment in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. (5) Knowing the influence of work stress variables related to barriers to the organization s commitment to the CV. Indonesia Jersey. (6) Knowing the influence of work stress related to variables on the performance of the employee challenges in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. (7) Determine the influence of work related to stress variables barriers to employee performance in CV. Indonesia Jersey. (8) Knowing the influence of variable organizational commitment to employee performance in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. Descriptive correlational research is the used research design. Samples in this study were 80 employees from a total of 422 employees was drawn at random in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data obtained from respondents by using a data collection tool questionnaire. Analysis of data is a multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there are significant positive impact of the work stress variables including job stress related to challenges stress related to work barriers of the organization s commitment to the CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. There is a significant positive effect partially from work related to stress variables challenge to the employee s performance in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. There is a negative significant effect partially from work related to stress variables barriers to employee performance in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. There is a positive significant influence of organizational commitment to the employee performance. Based on the research that has been carried out it is expected for the next researcher to use a combination of various techniques of data collection because it is a way to find the truth of the results of data analysis. Then the next researchers are advised to seek other alternative variables besides organizational commitment and employee performance for example organizational culture employee satisfaction motivation etc. For the company it must pay more attention to employees need in the development of human resources within the company next the company must know how much the volume of work to be given to the employees not bureaucracy or procedures provide jobs that are too difficult for employees creating a comfortable atmosphere and conducive to the company. So that the employees do not experience high work stress that will cause the company s commitment to organization is low. This is very important in a company because these factors become important indicators to determine the employee s job stress in CV. Indonesia Jersey Malang. To enhance the organization s commitment to the company and also improve the quality of the work (performance) of employees with work on time completing tasks in accordance with the specified time work well in order to achieve satisfactory results.
