Today with the development of science and automotive industrial technology is growing with many variations and innovations created to meed the needs of consumer between one another. to meet customer needs is to compete to win the marketing so many deales emerging that offers a variety of types and models to hook the consumer market and the sellers also use various strategies to attract consumers. In the era of very tight competition in the marketing need to be considered by employers to deler-deler understand consumer characteristics include variables that influence consumer decisions in buying products otomoti especially motorcycles which are rapidly growing sales in a few Indonesia. Variables that underlie the consumer to purchase sevice. Therefore marketers should also be more keen to know variables are affecting consumerism in the purchase of a case product. Like consumers choose buy motorcycle products then marketing sould already know the behavior of consumerism and the decision of the buyers were influenced by several variable-variables in consumer behavior the cultural variables social variables personal variables psychological variables. Purpose of this research is to determine (1) the condition cultural social personal and consumer psychology at Aris Motor dealers Jombang. (2) the influence of cultural variables social personal and psychological persial the consumer decision process in buying a motorcycle Honda (3) the influence of cultural variables social personal and psychological process simultaneously to consumers in the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle (4) variables that affect the dominant consumer decision process in buying a Honda motorcycle. Variables used in this study is the independent variable of cultural variables social personal variables and variables bound variables psychology. Is the consumer purchasing decision process on Aris Motor Dealer Jombang in buying motorcycles Honda. This research conducted at the Aris Motor Dealer Jombang in the periode 2008. Research desing used was a descriptive desing korelasional. Analysis research data used is multiple linear regression analysis using t test and F test in the test hypothesis it. This research date captured by giving questionnaires to one hundred (100) Consumer Aris motor Dealer Jombang. Results of date analysis showed that the consumer decision process in buying a motorcycle in Aris Motor Deale Jombang influenced by cultural variables social variables personal variables and psychological well variables and persial both simultaneously. ii Based on the results of this research suggestions that can be management considerations Aris Motor Dealer Jombang in increasing sales is to let the Aris Motor Dealer Jombang more attention cultural social personal psychological and consumers in order to increase sales. For example by providing sufficient product information to the public obviously handsome and gives a better service to its customers to always remember the product on the Honda motor and make a purchase at the Aris Motor Dealer Jombang.
