Abstract

Productivity is a challenge which must faced by all elements and organizational components. Productivity constrain can be seen from various viewpoint depended from target and structure organization structure it self. In organization productivity consist of three components that are technological component capital and human resources. Human resource is the valueable and invalueable asset for company. The consequence is if employees get good treatment considering their existence of deciding company product increased. According to some former researchs among other researchs are Djati (1999) Daryatmi (2002) Agustini (2004) R Deasy (2005) Prasetyo (2005) it s known that there are some factors influencing work productivity (Y) for example motivation (X) job satisfaction (Z1) and organizational commitment (Z2). Population in this research is the entire employees of PT. BPR Harta Raya Cipta Mulia Blitar which has 40 employees. This research result indicate that there are direct influence of motivation to job satisfaction equal to 0 634 direct influence of motivation to organizational commitment equal to 0 421 direct influence of motivation to productivity equal to 0 361 direct influence of job satisfaction to organizational commitment equal to 0 476 direct influence of job satisfaction to productivity equal to 0 317 direct influence of organizational commitment to productivity equal to 0 375 indirect influence of motivation to organizational commitment through job satisfaction equal to 0 722 indirect influence motivation to productivity through job satisfaction equal to 0 561 indirect influence of motivation to productivity through commitment organizational equal to 0 518 indirect influence of motivation to productivity through job satisfaction and organizational commitment equal to 0 831. Researcher s suggestion from this research is (1) the leader of PT. BPR Harta Raya Cipta Mulia Blitar is better to cope and to improve job satisfaction and organizational commitment of this employees. Job satisfaction and commitment organizational have positive influence to employee productivity. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can be improved by making employees motivation level because motivation has positive influence to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To improve employees motivation level which have been applied by the leader during the time is giving on incentive giving vehicle on duty giving subsidy of Ramadhan giving balmy and bold room and also giving sanction to a mistake in working or delay that continue to go on. Besides the leader can allow employees to get responsibility trust and managing of selfsupporting duty employees can feel challenged by their work. (2) The result show that employees have good productivity storey but company which still has very young organizational age have to face possibility of change that will happened. Assortedly handling it planned various strategies to face the change especially because of external factors (political economics social technology and also culture). One of strategy is extending employees opportunity to follow upgrading activity such as seminar training giving opportunity to continue their study to S1 or S2. This strategy has taken place at PT. BPR Harta Raya Cipta Mulia Blitar during the time. Failure of company in managing and taking care of motivation job satisfaction and also organizational commitment can influence the condition of company in a period of time especially related to growth strategy and also resilience of company to face assorted of change.
