Abstract

others and became independent and good students. It can be seen from the observation result of students cooperative skills. In the implementation of cycle 1 based on the observation between two observers it shows a success stage. The implementation of problem based learning model and cooperative learning of STAD model on AP 1 students of class X of SMK Wisnuwardhana Malang is good. It is shown by the increase from cycle I that is 82 20 % to 100% in cycle 2. The increase of 17 80 % shows the learning thoroughness but partiality these are decreasing. In the cycle I the number of students completing their learning changes from 29 students to 37 students. Although in the action implementation there were many weaknesses and constraints in the cycle I the researcher tried to improve it in the cycle 2. Based on the result it can be concluded that the implementation of STAD model of cooperative learning method can increase the learning outcome of the training subject of communication in the topic of correspondent. It can be seen through 3 aspects namely cognitive and affective that increase in every cycle. Some suggestions that the researcher recommends are 1) for school by these result are expected can becoming consideration in an effort implementation of study strategy in SMK Wisnuwardhana Malang. It can improve student activity and result learn student 2) for teacher is study of STAD model have proven can improve the quality of study and expected by teacher shall be more motivate student to increase student activity in study is so that expected to be make-up of student activity can improve result learn 3) Student shall be more improve activity in study because student activity of vital importance in study of White colars Management by way of discussion 4) for the next researcher to conduct research about study of co-operative with STAD model at study of is same subject or different other subject in place to develop to applying study of co-operative with STAD model and by using is same teaching materials.
