Populasipadapenelitianiniadalahseluruhsiswakelas X AdministrasiPerkantorandenganjumlah 109siswa.Sampelpenelitiandiambildenganteknikproportional random samplingdandiperolehsampelsebanyak 84 siswa.Pengumpulan data dilakukandenganmetodekuesioneruntukmemperoleh data tentangkebiasaanbelajar danlingkungansekolah.Metodedokumentasidilakukanuntukmemperoleh data prestasibelajarsiswa.Teknikanalisis data yang digunakanadalahteknikanalisisdeskriptifdanregresi linier berganda. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menghasilkan skor rata-rata jawaban responden tertinggi variabel X1 yaitu 12 item pertanyaan dari 5 indikator adalah 4 48. Maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkanbahwa kebiasaan belajar pada peserta didik kelas X SMKN 2 Blitar adalah baik sedangkan variabel X2 yaitu 13 item pertanyaan dari 7 indikator adalah sebesar 4 54. Maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah SMKN 2 Blitar adalah baik. Adapun dari variabel prestasi belajar diperoleh dari nilai UTS pada mata pelajaran Produktif. Prestasi belajar yang terdapat pada rata-rata nilai UTS dari 84 siswa diketahui terdapat nilai rentangan 75-85 dan 86-90. Hal iniberartimenunjukanbahwasiswakelas X AdministrasiPerkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Blitarmemilikikebiasaanbelajar yang baik.Artinyaparasiswatelahmenumbuhkan rasa kesadaranbahwadenganmenerapkankebiasaanbelajar yang baikdanteraturmakaakanmeningkatkanprestasibelajarmereka. Berdasarkanhasilpenelitian yang dilakukanterhadap 84 respondenmenunjukkanbahwavariablelingkungansekolah di SMKN 2 Blitardikategorikanbaik.Karenakelasparasiswasudahdilengkapiolehsaranadanprasarana yang memadaiuntukkegiatan proses belajarmengajardenganbaik. Keywords Learning Habit School Environment Learning Achievement Learning achievement may affect by external factors and internal factors. Every individual has difference factors. In this research it will be discussed about two factors that tested and predicted to have effect to student learning achievement. Those variables are learning habit and school environment. This research aims to (1) describe variable of learning habit school environment and learning achievement (2) know whether there is an effect of learning habit and school environment to student learning achievement in 10th Grade Department of Office Administration in SMK Negeri (Public Vocational High School) 2 Blitar First Semester 2016/2017 both partially and simultaneously. This research was quantitative research. The research type was ex post facto. Population in this research was all students in 10th Grade Department of Office Administration for 109 students. While the research sample taken by using proportional random sampling technique and obtained 84 students as research sample. Data collection was performed by using questionnaire method in order to obtain data about learning habit and school environment. In addition documentation method used to obtain data of student learning achievement. Data analysis technique that used in this research was descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. This quantitative research resulted the highest average score of respondent answer towards X1 variable consisted of 12 question items from 5 indicators where the score was 4.48. Then it could be concluded that student learning habit in 10th Grade SMK N 2 Blitar was good. While the average score of X2 variable consisted of 13 question items from 7 indicators was 4.54. Then it could be concluded that school environment in SMK N 2 Blitar was good. Moreover for learning achievement variable it was obtained from Mid Semester Test (UTS) score towards productive subject. Learning achievement towards the average of UTS score for 84 students was in the range of 75-85 and 86-90. It means that students in 10th Grade Department of Office Administration SMK Negeri 2 Blitar had good learning habit. It means that students already developed awareness that by implementing good and regular learning habit then it would be able to improve their learning achievement. Based on the research result conducted to 84 respondents it showed that school environment variable in SMKN 2 Blitar was in good category. It was due to classes already provided by appropriate facility and infrastructure in order to support teaching learning activity process. The students also performed discussion appropriately in order to solve problems with their peers. Based on the research result the researcher suggests students to have satisfying learning achievement thus the students should impart regular learning habit and study hard as well as maintain their learning spirit by improving disciplinary to comply the school rules. The school party also should be able to encourage students to study harder and comply rules in the school.
