Abstract

Zakat infaq sadaqah can reduce economic inequality by creating justice through wealth distribution. In achieving this goal OPZ as the party authorized to conduct fundraising needs to implement the right strategy so that ZIS fundraising can generate maximum fundraising. On the other hand the growth of Indonesia s high internet penetration rate after the co-19 pandemic can be an opportunity for OPZ. This study aims to determine priority strategies in digital ZIS fundraising at BAZNAS Malang City by using the SWOT method to determine alternative strategies and AHP to determine the priority of alternative strategies. Priority strategies in digital ZIS fundraising at BAZNAS Malang City include (SO) Increase cooperation with various parties by utilizing reputation transparency and accountability to increase the trust of muzakki and partners (WO) Optimize the socialization of digital ZIS campaign programs via the website with the help of volunteers and partners (ST) Increase the promotion of digital zakat calculators and various digital ZIS campaigns with the help of influencers and public figures in order to compete with other similar institutions (WT) Making integrated applications that can be downloaded via playstore or appstore.
