Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru dan Gaya Mengajar Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X Program Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Kediri (Pada Mata Pelajaran Pengantar Administrsi Perkantoran) Skripsi Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing Dr. Heny Kusdiyanti S.Pd M.M Kata Kunci Penelitian Kuantitatif Kreativitas Guru Gaya Mengajar dan Motivasi Belajar Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1) Kreativitas Guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa 2) Gaya mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrsi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah Kreativitas Guru (X1) dan Gaya Mengajar Guru (X2) sedangkan variabel terikat penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Belajar Siswa (Y). Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrai Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Kediri sebanyak 150 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 110 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner atau angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. Nilai Adjusted R Square 0 424 artinya 42 4% motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh kreativitas guru (X1) dan gaya mengajar (X2) sedangkan 57 6% diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Diharapkan kepada semua baik guru atau siswa untuk saling mendukung berlangsungnya kegiatan pembelajaran seperti guru menggunakan gaya mengajar kuis atau tanya jawab untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. This research is a quantitative research. The independent variables of this research are Teacher Creativity (X1) and Teacher Teaching Style (X2) while the dependent variable of this research is Student Learning Motivation (Y). The population of this study is the students of class X Administrai Office SMK Negeri 2 Kediri as many as 150 students with a sample of 110 students. Technique of Sampling using technique proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis which then processed by using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate 1) there is a positive and significant influence between teacher creativity on student learning motivation 2) there is a positive and significant influence between teacher s teaching style to student s learning motivation of class X program of administration skill of SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. Adjusted R Square value of 0.424 means that 42.4% of students learning motivation is influenced by teacher creativity (X1) and teaching style (X2) while 57.6% is suspected to be influenced by other factors not examined by the author. It is expected that all teachers or students will support each other in a learning activity such as teacher using quiz teaching style or question and answer to increase motivation and student participation in following learning activities.
