Abstract

The competition in the business world between pharmacies is getting tighter day by day. The increasing number of pharmacies in Banjarmasin City is a challenge for Nurhidayah Pharmacy to provide the best promotion and service in order to generate consumer satisfaction and loyalty to Nurhidayah Pharmacy. Thus this study aims to examine the effect of promotion and service on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty on Apotek Nurhidayah Banjarmasin. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 225 respondents. Data collection instruments use questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple regression linear through SPSS version 24.0. Research proves that promotion have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. In addition promotion have a partial effect on consumer loyalty. And services have a partial effect on consumer loyalty. Also satisfaction has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. To summarize promotion have an influence on consumer satisfaction and promotion service and satisfaction have an influence on consumer loyalty.
