Kata Kunci Penilaian Portofolio Penilaian Kognitif Penilaian Psikomotorik Korespondensi Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap guru Matapelajaran Korespondensi di SMK PGRI 2 Malang dan observasi yang didapat bahwa guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun format penilaian terhadap aspek sikap dan keterampilan serta didukung pula dengan tidak adanya pedoman untuk penilaian yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013. Selain itu penilaian yang dilakukan belum sesuai dengan dengan penilaian autentik karena masih ditekankan pada penilaian kognitif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka perlu adanya pedoman untuk penyusunan penillaian autentik yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013. Dan penelitian ini diharapkan untuk dapat mendeskripsikan kelayakan instrumen yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model penelitian R D menurut Borg dan Gall (Arifin 2014 129) merupakan model pengembangan yang paling sesuai menghasilkan instrument penialaian autentik berbasis portofolio dalam mata pelajaran Korespondensi kompetensi dasar mengidentifikasi cara membuat komunikasi tulis hanya sampai pada tahap kelima dari sepuluh langkah yang meliputi (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data (2) perencanaan (3) pengembangan draf produk (4) uji coba lapangan awal (5) revisi hasil uji coba (6) uji coba lapangan (7) penyempurnaan produk akhir (8) uji pelaksanaan lapangan (9)penyempurnaan produk akhir dan (10) diseminasi dan implementasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 31 siswa kelas X Administrasi Perakntoran 1 SMK PGRI 2 Malang dengan materi pada semester ganjil yaitu cara membuat komunikasi tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis tingkat kesukaran soal dan daya pembeda soal terdapat 16 soal dinyatakan mudah 12 soal dinyatakan sedang dan 1 soal dinyatakan sukar pada tingkat kesukaran soal. Sedangkan untuk daya pembeda soal diperoleh hasil 8 soal dinyatakan sangat baik 5 soal dinyatakan baik 4 soal dinyatakan cukup dan 13 soal dinyatakan jelek. Hasil uji pengguna/siswa pada instrument psikomotorik dinyatakan sangat layak / sangat tepat digunakan dan mudah pahami bahasanya dengan persentase 81 1%.Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli serta uji terbatas menunjukkkan bahwa secara umum penilaian kognitif dan psikomotorik telah valid dan layak digunakan. Saran pemanfaatan produk pengembangan instrumen penilaian agar dapat digunakan secara maksimal dengan efektif dan efisien maka perlu dilakukan produk yang dihasilkan perlu digunakan tidak hanya pada saat kegiatan praktik matapelajaran Korespondensi hanya pada kelas X melainkan perlu digunakan untuk latihan persiapan Ujian Kompetensi Kejuruan kelas XII karena instrumen psikomotorik yang dikembangkan merujuk pada Pedoman Penilaian Ujian Praktik Kejuruan SMK Administrasi Perkantoran sehingga produk ini sangat tepat digunakan untuk mengasah kemampuan dalam pembuat kominikasi terutama surat-menyurat siswa SMK Administrasi Perkantoran.Solusi yang disarankan oleh peneliti pada saat membuat kriteria penilaian yang sangat detail dan harus menggambarkan perbedaan masing-masing indikator yang muncul harus berkonsentrasi tinggi untuk menyelaraskan RPP petunjuk belajar dan produk harus dikerjakan secara bersamaan serta RPP digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan produk. Keywords Portfolio Assessment Cognitive Assessment Psychomotor Assessment Correspondence Based on interviews with teachers of Correspondence at SMK PGRI 2 Malang and observations teachers still had difficulty in formulating the assessment of attitude and skills aspects as there is lack of guidelines for assessment in accordance with the Curriculum 2013. In addition the assessment done was not appropriate with the authentic assessment because it still emphasized the cognitive assessment. To overcome this problem it is necessary to have a guidelines for composing of authentic assessment in accordance with the Curriculum 2013. This study aims to describe the feasibility of instruments made by researcher. This research used the R D research design. According to Borg and Gall (cited in Arifin 2014 129) this research method is the most appropriate development model to produce an authentic portfolio-based instrument inCorrespondence. The research design for Correspondence course which the basic competence is to identify how to write a written communication is only to the fifth stage from ten steps. Those are (1) research and data collection (2) planning (3) the development of product s draft (4) initial field trials (5) revision of trial results (6) field trials (7) refinement of the final product (8) field implementation test (9) refinement of the final product and (10) dissemination and implementation. The subjects of the study were 31 students of Class X Office Administration 1 SMK PGRI 2 Malang odd semester. The lessons were how to make written communication. From data analysis it is obtained thatthere are 16 questions were stated as easy 12 problems were stated as moderate and 1 problem were expressed as difficult based on the result of difficulty level analysis of problem and differentiator. As for item discrimination it is showedthat there are 8 questions are declared as very good 5 questions are stated as good 4 questions are stated as good enough and 13 questions are declared as bad . Based on the result of the students test on the psychomotor the instrument is considered very feasible / very appropriate to be applied and the language is easy to be understood with the number of percentage is 81.1%. In addition based on the results of expert validation as well as the limited testing it is showed that in general the aspects of cognitive and psychomotor in the assessment are valid and feasible to use. In order to utilize the development of the assessment instrument vastly effectively and efficiently it is important that the assessment is not only used in assessing the Correspondence subject for grade 10th but also the preparation of Vocational Competency Exam forgrade 12th. The rationale is the instrument of psychomotor aspect refers to the Vocational Practice Exam Assessment Guidelines for SMK Office Administration. Therefore this assessment is very appropriate to sharpen the students skills in communication especially in business correspondence. It is highly recommended that the criteria in the assessment should be details and describe the differences among each indicator. It is also important that the criteria should be aligned with the lesson plans guideline. The assessment should also be applied simultaneously. Lastly the lesson plans must be used as the guidance of masking the assessment.
