Kata Kunci Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri Keterampilan Peserta Didik Kesiapan Memasuki Dunina Kerja Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan suatu lembaga formal yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan tenaga-tenaga professional siap pakai dalam bidangnya dan siap terjun kedalam dunia kerja. dalam upaya mempersiapkan peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan menyelenggarakan program Praktik Kerja Industri. Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) merupakan suatu model program penyelenggaraan yang memadukan antara kegiatan belajar di sekolah dengan proses penguasaan keahlian kejuruan melalui praktik bekerja langsung di lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) deskripsi pengalaman praktik kerja industri keterampilan peserta didik dan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja di SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen (2) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri (prakerin) terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja (3) pengaruh keterampilan peserta didik terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja (4) pengaruh secara simultan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan keterampilan siswa terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 peserta didik yang telah melaksanakan praktik kerja industri. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh oleh karena itu semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu berjumlah sampel 50 peserta didik. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) deskripsi pengalaman praktik kerja industri keterampilan peserta didik dan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja sangat baik (2) pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja. (3) keterampilan peserta didik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja. (4) pengalaman prakerin dan keterampilan peserta didik secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja peserta didik Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa secara simultan pengalaman prakerin dan keterampilan peserta didik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Saran pada penelitian ini diharapkan pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri (prakerin) agar lebih memperhatikan penempatan yang sesuai dengan bidang keahlian para peserta didiknya sehingga peserta didik dapat mengaplikasikan keterampilannya. In an effort to prepare the students vocational high school organize an Industrial Work Practice program. Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) is a model of program implementation that combines learning activities in schools with the process of mastering vocational skills through the practice of working directly in the field of work. This study aims to find out (1) description of industry work experience students skills and readiness to enter the working world at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen (2) the influence of industry work experience (prakerin) on the readiness to enter the work world (3) The influence of the learners skills on the readiness to enter the workforce (4) the simultaneous influence between the experience of industrial work practice and the students skills on the readiness to enter the workforce. This research method using descriptive correlasional. The population in this study consist of 50 students who have carried out industrial work practices. Sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling therefore all the population sampled that is a sample of 50 learners. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) a description of the experience of industrial work practices the skills of learners and readiness to enter the workforce very well (2) experience of industrial work practices has a positive and significant impact on the readiness to enter the work world (3) the skills of learners have a positive and significant impact on the readiness to enter the working world. (4) Industrial Work Practice experience and learner skills simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the readiness to enter the working world of the learner of Office Administration Program at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously Industrial Work Practice experience and learners skill have a positive and significant impact on the readiness to enter the working world. Therefore the suggestions on this research are expected on the implementation of industrial work practices (prakerin) students should pay more attention to placement in accordance with the field of expertise of the learners so that learners can apply their skills.
