The importance of exclusive breastfeeding for infants for the first 6 months is to maximize growth anddevelopment. However there are still many babies in Indonesia who do not get it. Some of the factorsthat influence this problem can be nutritional deficiencies lack of maternal knowledge andpostpartum anxiety. One way to increase breast milk production is by consuming nutritious foods such as moringa. Moringa leaf processing as an alternative food can be used as brownies because ofits high antioxidant content and low calories. Further research is needed to determine consumeracceptance of moringa flour brownies and analyze the nutritional content of these brownies nutritiouscomplementari food for nursing mothers. This study aims to evaluate the level of panelists liking formoringa flour brownies as well as analyze their nutritional content. The assessment was conducted onpanelists of nursing mothers by giving three combinations of moringa flour. The results showed thatcombination 2 with the addition of 30 grams of moringa flour produced brownies with the mostpreferred taste aroma color and texture by the panelists. This brownie has a protein content of 6.06% fat 21.46% water 15.73% ash 2.91% and carbohydrates 55.15%. For mineral content in the form ofcalcium 2.67 ppm Magnesium 6.81 ppm Iron 20.87 ppm. Although in one serving size (30 grams) moringa flour brownies cannot meet 10% of the daily energy needs of nursing mothers this productcan be an alternative to nutritious and healthy snacks. It is recommended to consume this brownie indouble the recommended amount balanced with a good diet
