M.M Kata Kunci Learning Cycle 5E dan hasil belajar Implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E diterapkan karena model pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru sebelumnya kurang bervariatif dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) Implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Keuangan di kelas XI APK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Tuban dan (2) Hasil belajar peserta didik setelah implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Keuangan di kelas XI APK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI APK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Tuban yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus memiliki empat tahapan yakni (1) perencanaan (2) pelaksanaan tindakan (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara observasi tes dokumentasi dan catatan lapanagan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E tes tertulis lembar penilaian hasil belajar ranah afektif dan psikomotor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Keuangan di kelas XI APK 4 SMK Negeri 2 Tuban dapat terlaksana dengan sangat baik dengan rata-rata persentase keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 82 75% dan siklus II 93 44%. Rata-rata persentase keterlaksanaan aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 80 21% ke siklus II 94 80% (2) Hasil belajar ranah kognitif yang diperoleh melalui posttest memperoleh persentase 76 87% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 87 30%. Pada hasil belajar ranah afektif sikus I persentase keberhasilan sebesar 79 20% dan siklus II menjadi 90 00%. Pada hasil belajar ranah psikomotor siklus I persentase keberhasilan sebesar 77 90% dan siklus II sebesar 89 80%. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E dapat terlaksana dengan baik (2) Implementasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu (1) Bagi guru diharapkan dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E sebagai alternatif (2) Peserta didik disarankan dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan tertib dan lebih aktif lagi dalam proses pembelajaran. M.M Keywords 5E Learning Cycle Learning Outcome Implementation of 5E Learning Cycle model is applied because the instructional model applied by previous teacher is less varied and the learning result of the students is still low. The purpose of this research is to analyze the following points that are (1) implementation of Learning Cycle 5E learning model in Financial Administration subject for the eleventh grade students of APK 4 at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban and (2) students learning outcome after the implementation of 5E Learning Cycle in Financial Administration subject for the eleventh grade students of APK 4 at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. This research is a classroom action research with the subject of the eleventh grade students of APK 4 at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban consisting of 31 students. This study consists of two cycles in which each cycle has four stages (1) planning (2) implementation of action (3) observation and (4) reflection. Data collection techniques in this study by using interviews observations tests documentation and field records. Instrument used in this research is observation sheet implementation of 5E Learning Cycle written test assessment sheet of affective learning result and result of psychomotor domain. The research findings of this study are (1) the implementation of 5E Learning Cycle model in Financial Administration subject for the eleventh grade students of APK 4 at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban can be performed very well with the average percentage of activity of teachers in cycle I of 82.75% to 93.44%. While the average percentage of activity of learners in the first cycle of 80.21% to 94.80% (2) Cognitive domain learning results obtained through posttest obtained a percentage of 76.87% and in cycle II of 87.30%. In the learning result of the affective aspect of cycles I the percentage of success is 79.20% in cycle II to 90.00%. In psychomotor aspect of learning cycle I the percentage of success of 77.90% in the second cycle of 89.80%. Lastly the final conclusions that can be withdrawn in this research are (1) Implementation of 5E Learning Cycle model can be done well and (2) the implementation of 5E Learning Cycle model can improve learning outcomes of the learners. Based on the results of this study the suggestions which can be given are (1) for teachers expected to apply the 5E learning cycle model as an alternative (2) learners are advised to follow the learning process in an orderly manner and more actively in the learning process (3) for other researchers need to prepare and and taking good care of the classroom conditions so can be run in accordance with the procedures.
