Heri Pratikto M.Si Kata Kunci modul otomatisasi perkantoran pendekatan saintifik Modul merupakan salah satu bentuk bahan ajar sebagai faktor pendukung yang berkualitas dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran diperoleh bahwa bahan ajar yang berupa modul yang tersedia di laboratorium komputer masih menggunakan versi lama dan hasil cetakan pun buram sehingga sulit untuk dibaca sehingga modul tidak dapat digunakan secara maksimal dalam pembelajaran dan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Untuk membantu mengatasi hal tersebut peneliti mengembangkan modul Otomatisasi Perkantoran dengan Pendekatan Saintifik sebagai alternatif bahan ajar yang dapat membantu siswa belajar secara mandiri. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah (1) untuk menghasilkan modul Otomatisasi Perkantoran materi Internet Email dan Website dengan Pendekatan Saintifik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul yang telah dikembangkan melalui hasil validasi (3) untuk mengetahui keefektifan modul melalui hasil belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research Development (R D) dan model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi 8 langkah sebagai model pengembangannya. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan meliputi potensi dan masalah pengumpulan data desain produk validasi desain revisi desain ujicoba produk kelompok kecil revisi produk dan ujicoba pemakaian kelompok besar. Modul ini divalidasi oleh ahli materi dari guru mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran ahli modul dari dosen Jurusan Manajemen dan uji kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 6 siswa dari kelas X APK 1 dengan masing-masing 2 anak yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi sedang dan rendah. Hasil penelitian ini terdiri dari (1) hasil pengembangan berupa modul Otomatisasi Perkantoran materi Internet Email dan Website dengan Pendekatan Saintifik dalam bentuk cetak dan dilengkapi dengan buku pegangan guru. (2) Kelayakan modul dikategorikan sangat layak digunakan dengan perolehan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 97 3% validasi ahli modul sebesar 81 3% dan ujicoba kelompok kecil sebesar 91 5%. (3) Keefektifan modul dilihat dari hasil nilai Post test yang dikerjakan oleh kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Rata-rata nilai kelas eksperimen sebesar 81 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 67 42. Karena nilai kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol maka modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan efektif sebagai bahan ajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan yaitu (1) bagi guru mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran disarankan menggunakan modul ini sebagai pendukung dan penunjang proses pembelajaran. (2) Bagi siswa dalam mempelajari modul sebaiknya memahami langkah-langkah yang diterapkan dalam modul terlebih dahulu. (3) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan modul pembelajaran pada kompetensi dasar yang lain dan mengukur tingkat keefektifan modul pada semua ranah. ABSTRACT Yulianti Maulidya. 2017. Keywords module office automation scientific approach Module is one of the form for teaching materials as a good supporting factor to create an effective learning. Based on observations and interviews with the teachers of Office Automation obtained that the teaching materials in the form of modules available in the computer laboratory still using the old version and the printout was opaque which is difficult to read so the module can not be used optimally for learning thus impact on the student s learning result. In hope to overcome this researchers decided to develop office automation module with scientific approach as an alternative teaching materials that could help students to learn independently. The purpose of this research and development are (1) to produce the Office Automation module based on internet email and website materials with scientific approach to improve learning outcomes (2) to know the advisibility of modules that have been developed through the validation results (3) To know the effectiveness of the module through the learning outcomes of tenth grade student Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Malang. This research used Research Development (R D) method and Borg and Gall model that modified into 8 steps as its development model. Research and development steps including potential and problems collectioning data designing product validationing design revisioning design testing product to small group revisioning product and testing usage to large group. This module is validated by teacher of Office Automation as a subject matter expert The Management Department lecturer as a module expert and a small trial group consisting of 6 students from grade X APK 1 with each of 2 children having high medium and low ability. The results of this study consist of (1) the development result of the module of Office Automation of Internet Email and Website materials with Scientific Approach in printed form and completed with teacher handbook. (2) The advisability of the modules is categorized as feasible to be used with the acquisition of validation results by the material experts 97.3% the module expert 81.3% and the small trial group 91.5%. (3) The effectiveness of the module is seen from the result of Post test value done by the experiment class and the control class. Average grade of the experiment class is 81 while the control class is 67 42. Because the value of the experimental class is higher than the control class this developed module declared effective as a teaching material. Based on the results of this study the suggestions that can be submitted are (1) for subject teachers Office Automation the writer recommend to use this module as a supporting learning material. (2) For to understand the steps applied in the module first before learning. (3) For further researchers to develop learning modules on other basic competencies and measure the effectiveness of modules in all categories.
