The beauty community in Indonesia has grown significantly in recent years to the point that the language used by beauty influencers has its characteristics and style. The study aims to indicate the alternation of the English language in the context of Indonesian conversation to find which type of code-mixing occurs caused by the interaction of the two languages. A sociolinguistics and morphology approach used in the analysis of data which was collected from the media sharing platform YouTube. The findings and discussion show various types of code-mixing related to syntax morphology and phonology. The conclusion of this study is that the influence of social groups and circumstances has affected the speaker rsquo s code choice in speaking with their interlocutor. Certain combinations of word formation also found in the research which found to happen because the contact between the language and due to the limited Indonesian vocabulary of the English terms used by the speakers related to the field of beauty. For future research it is suggested to explore the comparison among the beauty influencers who are native speakers of English and non-native speakers.
