Kata kunci iklim kelas minat belajar disiplin belajar motivasi belajar hasil belajar Keberhasilan proses belajar dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor faktor yang berasal dari dalam maupun dari luar diri siswa antara lain iklim kelas minat belajar disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian (1) Deskripsi iklim kelas minat belajar disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar (2) Deskripsi hasil belajar peserta didik (3) Pengaruh iklim kelas minat belajar disiplin belajar motivasi belajar secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik (4) Pengaruh dominan iklim kelas minat belajar disiplin belajar motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel bebas yaitu iklim kelas (X1) minat belajar (X2) disiplin belajar (X3) motivasi belajar (X4) dan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar (Y). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen dengan jumlah 175 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling dengan jumlah sebesar 120 peserta didik. Skala dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert dengan rentang 5 alternatif jawaban. Hasil belajar diklasifikasikan sangat tinggi ( 91) tinggi (81-90) cukup tinggi (70-80) rendah (60-69) dan sangat rendah (59- 0 10 (3) Model regresi tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas terlihat pada grafik scatterplot yang tidak membentuk suatu pola tertentu dan menyebar secara acak di atas dan di bawah angka 0 pada sumbu Y. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tidak ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim kelas terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik (2) Tidak ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik (3) Tidak ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik (4) Tidak ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar -0 021 karena bernilai negatif maka nilai tersebut dianggap 0 atau dapat dikatakan variabel bebas sama sekali tidak dapat menjelaskan varians dari variabel terikat. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar. Peneliti menyarankan (1) Bagi sekolah sebaiknya lebih membangun dan mempertahankan kebiasaan disiplin peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah (2) Bagi guru sebaiknya memiliki kedekatan yang baik dengan peserta didik agar dapat menciptakan iklim kelas yang baik menambah variasi terkait model pembelajaran dan memotivasi peserta didik agar belajar dengan baik (3) Bagi peserta didik sebaiknya meningkatkan kegemaran membaca buku produktif mengulang materi produktif dan membiasakan belajar dengan rutin (4) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk melanjutkan penelitian ini sebaiknya perlu melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik seperti faktor kesehatan cacat tubuh inteligensi perhatian bakat kematangan kesiapan faktor kelelahan cara orang tua mendidik relasi antar anggota keluarga suasana rumah keadaan ekonomi keluarga pengertian orang tua latar belakang kebudayaan kegiatan siswa dalam masyarakat mass media teman bergaul bentuk kehidupan masyarakat. The purpose of this research are (1) Description of the class climate learning interest learning discipline and learning motivation (2) Description of student learning outcomes (3) The effect of class climate learning interest learning discipline learning motivation partially on learning outcomes (4) The dominant effect of class climate learning interest learning discipline learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables is class climate (X1) learning interest (X2) learning discipline (X3) learning motivation (X4) and the dependent variable is the learning outcomes (Y). The study population is a tenth grade student at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen with 175 students. The sample technique use proportionate random sampling technique with 120 students. The scale of this research is the Likert scale with range of 5 alternative answers. Learning outcomes are classified very high ( 91) high (81-90) quite high (70-80) low (60-69) and very low (59 - 0 10 (3) The regression model does not have heteroscedasticity scatterplot graph shown in the picture that do not form a particular pattern and spread randomly over and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of hypothesis testing it showed that (1) There is no positive effect and significant correlation between class climate to student learning outcomes (2) There is no positive effect and significant correlation between learning interest to student learning outcomes (3) There is no positive effect and significant correlation between learning discipline to student learning outcomes (4) There is no positive effect and significant correlation between learning motivation to student learning outcomes. The value of Adjusted R Square is -0.021 because the value is negative then the value is considered 0 or can be said independent variables did not able to explain varians of dependent variable. The dominant influential variable in this study is learning motivation. Researcher suggests that (1) For the school should have to build and maintain a discipline habit of the students in the school environment (2) For the teachers should have a good relationship with students in order to create a good of class climate increase the variety of related learning models and motivate learners to study well (3) For students should improve reading productive books repeating the productive material and get used to learn regularly (4) For the next researcher who is interested to continue this research we recommend to do more research regarding other variables that can affect learning outcomes of students such as health factor disability intelligence attention talent maturity readiness fatigue factor how parents educate relationships between family members the house family economic circumstances understanding parents different cultural backgrounds activities students in society mass media friends get along shape people s lives.
