M.Pd Kata Kunci Sikap Profesional Guru Disiplin Kerja Kinerja Guru Hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui wawancara dengan salah pegawai Tata Usaha SMKN 1 Pasuruan mengatakan bahwa disiplin kerja guru memang sangat diperhatikan karena pada saat guru sampai di sekolah harus melakukan presensi finger print. Namun hal tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu peserta didik yang mengatakan bahwa pada saat masuk ke dalam kelas masih terdapat beberapa guru yang terlambat sehingga penggunaan finger print masih kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Peneliti juga melakukan observasi di kelas XII APK dimana diperoleh fakta bahwa pada saat proses pembelajaran guru kurang memperhatikan peserta didik karena masih terdapat peserta didik yang berbicara sendiri bermain handphone dan bahkan ada yang tertidur sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru terlihat kurang optimal karena guru masih belum bisa mengelola kelas dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi sikap profesional guru disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru. (2) Pengaruh sikap profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru dan (3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap profesional guru (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) dengan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja guru (Y). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Guru SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan yang berjumlah 112 sedangkan pengambilan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan taraf 30% sehingga jumlah sampel menjadi 35 orang dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa (1) sikap profesional guru dapat diklasifikasikan sangat profesional. (2) Disiplin kerja dapat diklasifikasikan sangat disiplin. (3) Kinerja guru termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa (1) pada uji t sikap profesional guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. (2) pada uji t disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini peneliti menyarankan (1) Bagi Kepala SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan harus bisa mempertahankan serta tetap menjaga kualitas kinerja dan pengawasan terhadap bawahan mengenai sikap profesional guru dan disiplin kerja yang dilakukan oleh guru. (2) Bagi guru SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya secara optimal seperti menerapkan model-model pembelajaran yang inovatif memanfaatkan teknologi dan fasilitas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran serta memahami bahan ajar dengan mengembangkan referensi bahan ajar yang lain. (3) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengadakan penelitian yang serupa dengan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru serta memperbanyak waktu penelitian agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. However it is inversely related to the results of interview with one of student who said that at the time of entry into the classroom there are some teachers who are late so using of finger print is still less effective to improve teacher discipline. Researchers also conducted observations in the twelfth grade office administration that where obtained the fact that at the time of the learning process teachers pay less attention to students because there are still students who speak for themselves play mobile phones and even some who fell asleep so it can be concluded that the teacher s performance looks less optimal because the teacher can not manage the class well. This study aims to determine (1) description of a teacher s professional attitude work discipline and teacher performance. (2) The effect of professional attitude of teachers on teacher performance. (3) The effect of teacher discipline of work on performance. This research is a quantitative research by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Independent variables in this study is professional attitude of teachers (X1) and discipline work (X2) dependent variable is performance of teachers (Y). Subjects in this study are teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan totaling 112 while sampling of research using 30% level so that the number of samples to 35 people with sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data was collected using by questionnaire or questionnaires and documentation. The result of descriptive analysis showed that (1) the professional attitude of teachers may be classified very professional. (2) Discipline can be classified very discipline. (3) Performance of teachers included in the classification is very high classification. Based on the hypothesis test result it showed that (1) the t test teachers professional attitude has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. (2) in the t test work discipline has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Based on these research findings reasearcher suggest that (1) the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan should be able to maintain and improve performance and supervision of subordinates regarding the professional attitude of teachers and work discipline undertaken by teachers. (2) the teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan to maintain and improve its performance optimally such as applying innovative learning models utilizing technology and facilities in learning activities also understanding the teaching materials by developing other resource references. (3) For further researchers are advised to conduct similar studies with other variables that can affect the performance of teachers and increasing the time of the study in order to obtain maximum results.
