Implementation of Values Character Education That Integrated Into Public Relations and Protocol Subject For the Eleventh Grade of Office Aministration Vocational Program At SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. Keywords Values Character Education Public Relations and Protocol Office Administration This study is intended to know the implementation of the values and character education integrated into Public Relations and Protocol subject in the eleventh grade of Office Administration Vocational Program at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. This is a descriptive study using qualitative approach. The subjects of the study are curriculum supervisor head department of Office Administration and eleventh-grade-Public-Relations-and-Protocol Teachers at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. This study uses observation interview and documentation as the data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is interactive model comprising three stages they are data reduction data presentation and conclusion drawing. To check and establish validity this research deploys extended-period study increment of the study intensity and triangulation including methodological and data triangulation. It can be concluded from this study that the planning of the implementation of the values and character education integrated into Public Relations and Protocol subject in the eleventh grade of Office Administration Vocational Program encompasses curriculum syllabus and lesson plans which integrate character education within. The teachers have implemented the values and character education during the teaching and learning process proven by the facts that the opening main and closing activities are in accordance with the lesson plans. The assessment of the character education has also been implemented by the teachers in which the final marks are expressed as numbers and will later be converted into letters A B C and D. The character education integrated into Public Relations and Protocol subject in the eleventh grade of Office Administration vocational program has been well-implemented despite the fact that the results have not been maximal due to some problems during the implementation. It is suggested to the teachers to try to understand the characteristics differences among the students and not to discriminate one student from another. The teachers should give the students exclusive attention that can be done through sharing activities advisement and consequences giving towards inappropriate behavior.
