As a form of introducing and utilizing technological developments this study aims to produce an electronic filing system based on Micorosft Access in the Administrative Office of Vocational High Schools to assist the process of carrying out archival activities in the form of storing and retrieving archives. tested for feasibility by validators and tested for effectiveness by staff. administration. The type of this research is Research and Development using the Borg and Gall model with the test subjects consisting of material experts media experts and users namely administrative staff at the Malang Vocational High School sub-section of correspondence. Then the data from this research process used quantitative and qualitative data validity tests. The results of this study explain that the product that has been produced namely an electronic filing system based on Microsoft Access has a validity level of 89% in the Very Valid category and has effectiveness in searching for 3% archives in the effective category. Then after going through the trial phase respondents stated that it was effective and agreed to use the Microsoft Access-based electronic filing system to assist the process of filing activities in Vocational High School TU.
