ABSTRACT Keywords Spatial Planning Office Employee Performance. Administrative office space is one factor that contributed to determining whether an activity to pass on each organization in achieving its objectives. Spartial arrangement of good offices will encourage good employee performance as well. This study aimed to describe the objective conditions in the office of an office layout in Malang Regency BPAD. In addition to analyzing the partial and simultaneous influence of the office layout to employee performance This study has two variables namely the independent variable office layout (X) which includes spatial planning office (X1) office settings (X2) environmental and physical condition of the office layout (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y ). The method used was descriptive correlational because this study intended to obtain a description of the variables studied. Data obtained using observations questionnaires documentation and interviews. The population in this study were employees in the office of Malang Regency BPAD numbering 30 people. The results of this study based on frequency distribution analysis the majority of respondents stated that spatial planning office (X1) in Malang Regency BPAD office in good condition at 86.6%. Most respondents stated that office settings (X2) in Malang Regency BPAD office in good condition at 76.67%. Most respondents stated that the environmental and physical condition of the office layout (X3) in Malang Regency BPAD office in very good condition for 76.66%. Most respondents stated that employee performance (Y) in Malang Regency BPAD office in very good condition for 63.33%. From the results of multiple regression analysis using standard error 0.05. Partially spatial planning office (X1) obtained significance is 0.730 t 0.05. This means there is no significant effect between spatial planning office (X1) to employee performance (Y). Partially office settings (X2) obtained by the significance of t is 0.000
